We stayed in the other residence sumo and they give us an upgrade lovely people lovely place highly recommended. Keep an eye out for Joe ng lovely guy he will look after you

Hinta-laatusuhde oli todella hyvä! Palvelu oli erinomaista ja huoneet olivat siistejä. Hotellia vastapäätä oli pieni ostoskeskus jossa oli todella paljon ravintoloita sekä ruokakauppa. 900 metrin päässä oli myös metroasema.

Unfortunately no subway in walking distance but a bus link to an interchange..
Excellent local restaurants

Room is large and comfy for the price. Staff are friendly and treat guests like family. Location is relatively convenient. Bus routes go into the city center. However, to access the MRT (metro) stations, require to take the bus to get to the stations. Right next door is a large supermarket (NTUC), so groceries are easy to get. Room has a large fridge

Then staffs are very friendly and helpful, hotel room rates are also reasonable, Good location, the hotel was clean, I like the environment of the room. It is very suitable for long trips and the environment is very comfortable, I have stayed in so many hotels in Singapore, and the bathrooms are all pitifully small. This is the only hotel I have seen that has a spacious bathroom.

I stayed at The Initial Residence Inn in Singapore for one week, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out — warm, welcoming, and attentive. 凄く皆んな親切で良かった

Had a great time staying at the Initial Residence. Great location because there's a lot of great places nearby that you can easily walk to. Connectivity by walking is not so bad, however it is quite far from the MRT Station. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Great location! Immediate access to bus station, shopping center in front with good supermarket. I stayed for 12 days, and the hotel had mini kitchen and nice, large freg and washing machine, so it was really great! The area was super safe with good selection of restaurants. On the second floor of the hotel was a very nice workspace, but my room was super comfortable with great view, so I didn't use the workspace. It was 20 to 30 min bus ride to downtown, so that was great too! Next time I am in Singapore, I will definitely want to stay at the Initial Residence!

Séjour de 6 nuits à deux personnes dans cet hôtel.
La chambre et spacieuse, et la salle de bain très grande.
Nous n'avons pas utilisé le coin cuisine, mais tout semblait être fonctionnel et à sa place.
Le frigo est très grand pour ce type de chambre et pas trop bruyant.
La climatisation est bruyante, nous l'utilisions en journée lorsque nous n'étions pas dans la chambre pour la refroidir. Nous n'utilisons pas la clim pendant la nuit. La chambre se réchauffait petit à petit pendant la nuit, mais pas au point de devenir désagréable.
Les arrêts de bus ne sont pas loin de l'hôtel ce qui permet de rayonner sur tout Singapour en utilisant les transports en commun.

I would always choose this place for my next stay in Singapore.

The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was a large fridge freezer and the washing machine was a good addition. The staff were very helpful and booked taxis when needed.
