Horrível a minha estada na Unidade Lírio, abandono total da unidade!
Pros:

A localização e o local é muito bonito, a vista maravilhosa, o atendimento no restaurante com o garçom Marcos foi muito bom, o restaurante poderia melhorar em relação aos produtos expostos no cardápio, porém faltavam muitos.

Cons:

A acomodação totalmente abandonada, na cozinha dois pratos velhos, os talheres sujos com manchas de ferrugem, as cortinas sujas, duas toalhas além de velhas com cheiro de sujas, inclusive pedi ao responsável para que fossem trocadas, porém não houve a troca. A piscina totalmente suja, os azulejos da piscina se soltando, inclusive tem uma parte que está com pontas afiadas sendo um risco para o banhista pois pode cortar. Resumindo, não indico, essa acomodação é uma falta de respeito a quem aluga, o booking deveria verificar e excluir de suas indicações. Ressaltando que estou me referindo a esta acomodação Lírio. Essa conduta com certeza prejudica as demais unidades que possuem boas condições, pois já fiquei em outra muito boa. Não indico a Lírio a ninguém. Fiquei indignado.

A área comum é muito bacana. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A vista é perfeita!

Cons:

Sofá quebrado; cozinha com panelas e talheres muito ruins, só tinha uma faca ( pequena e sem corte); Chuveiro muito velho que pinga o tempo inteiro. O chuveiro deve pingar a tanto tempo, que fez um buraco no piso; acento do vaso sanitário é menor que o vaso; camas muito velhas, muito velhas mesmo.

A acomodação foi divulgada para 6 e não comportava seis pessoas. Há uma cama a menos que o anunciado e o bangalô foi dividido em três.

Ótima localização, mas a casa deixa a desejar.

O condomínio é muito agradável.

Cons:

O anúncio fala de 75m2 mas não corresponde com a realidade e não comporta 6 pessoas confortavelmente.
Alem disso acomodação precisa de muita manutenção para ficar confortável. Sofá cama quebrado, banheiro com piso quebrado, privada solta, ducha com vazamento que molha todo o banheiro, tomadas que não funcionam, cortina faltando na sala (luz entrava logo cedo e o “cama” do sexto hóspede era na sala) panelas velhas, só tinha uma faca (para 6 pessoas), não tinha um varal sequer para pendurar as roupas.
