We'd like to thank the hotel staff for their wonderful service and the unexpected gift they gave us in honor of our anniversary, which we decided to celebrate in Vancouver. The luxurious room offered a beautiful view, a soft and comfortable bed, bathrobes, a cozy living room, and a well-designed kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. We were delighted with our stay and the friendly hotel with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay in a beautiful city.
The location is wonderful. Easy walking to downtown, the Seabus, Stanley Park and many great restaurants. A friendly, low key neighborhood with great amenities including several grocery stores. Loved to have a kitchen even though we didn't use it much. Barely used our car - walked and used public transit. Highly recommend this place. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The sofa bed was... well, a sofabed.

Room faces alley and small landing outside the “balcony” door and windows was quite dirty.

Parking was a bit tricky, but managed as soon as I noticed the street sign, which looked more like an alley street than a road.

Super close to Stanley park! Easy to get to walking trails, the sea wall and Aquarium. Loved having a kitchen with our kids with us on holiday.
Parking under ground, but that’s about every property in Vancouver.
Overall the unit was comfortable and well appointed. The location next to Stanley Park and restaurants on Denman was great.
Our unit was on the second floor facing Robson Street and the restaurant below was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday. Also the lights in the tree right out front were quite bright. If we return, we will definitely ask for a unit facing the laneway.
We arrived early. The hotel was so wonderful and welcoming. We can’t recommend this place enough. It also is in the heart of all sorts of great food and the location is great! We have our own parking spot in the underground parking and that was a real bonus. We would recommend this hotel to our friends. The only thing we would recommend that the hotel do some upgrades to the hallways as they are dated but hey… you don’t spend much time in the hallways.
Location worked for us but could be quite a walk for others depending on your interests. Room layout and size was excellent, staff were excellent.
There is a lot of outside noise -unfortunately construction is ongoing for quite a time to come -however they did warn us about this when booking so can't really complain and they did provide ear plugs. There is also a lot of internal noise - not very insulated from upstairs and appliance noise etc..
