Best Location for tourists like us. Absolutey nearby to plenty of restaurants and Beaches. The Water front walk is 10 mins approx from this hotel.
room service is done only when asked and it appears they do it based on your length of the stay. No every day room service for sure.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to Stanley Park. Less than a minutes walk to a Big Red Bus tour bus stop number 4. Denman Street has a huge amount of quality food outlets. Entire suite was excellent, including laundry facilities. The roof terrace was a hidden gem. Staff (Rob and the team) couldn't have done more.

Which they can’t control, traffic and pedestrian noise, ear plugs were provided. It would not put us off staying there again, it is my second stay so wasn’t an important issue.
The property is in a great location and we always love staying here when we visit Canada.
Construction at the back of the property is ongoing and can sometimes be a little loud. But doesn’t interrupt any sleep.

The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. They were happy to look after our luggage for us and even delivered them to our room when it was ready. The apartment was a good size with a well equipped kitchen, large lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. We were able to do some washing during our stay which was handy. It is about a 30 min walk to downtown but you can catch a bus down Robson Street if you want to. There is a Safeway Supermarket across the street, a Wholefoods Supermarket 2 blocks away and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby,

The location was perfect. Close to great restaurants and cafes. There’s a Safeway across the road. English Beach and Stanley Park are close by. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Our one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor had a nice outlook and the bed was really comfortable.

The property was positioned well close to Stanley Park and right on the hop on hop off bus drop off.
So position was number one.
As it was an apartment we were able to catch up on doing our washing and cleaning to continue with our trip.

Muito confortável. Cozinha completa e quarto confortável com cama macia. Além de bem localizada junto ao Stanley Park e ao Coal Harbour , tem restaurantes e mercados muito próximo ao hotel.

Suite muy grande y cómoda. Todo muy limpio, con las comodidades necesarias para una estancia corta o de largo plazo (cocina, refrigerador, lavadora, plancha, microondas, hervidor, etc).
Personal muy amable, siempre atendiendo las necesidades que pudieran surgir.
Muy cercano al parque Stanley, a muchos restaurantes y una cafetería 24 horas. Tiene un supermercado Safeway cruzando la calle.
Las habitaciones son calurosas, pero está la opción de abrir la ventana o prender aire acondicionado y se soluciona.
El hotel avisa que hay una construcción al lado, y la verdad no nos molestó para nada, se sentía algo de ruido, pero imperceptible. Incluso nos habían dejado tapones de oído en caso de requerirlos.
