My partner and I absolutely loved our stay. We could not fault it! It was in a great location with a bus just at the end of the road. The room was spacious and very clean, it had everything we needed.
Helga was so lovely and helpful and really makes you feel welcome. We would highly recommend.

De locatie en uitzicht was geweldig. Je kijkt vanaf het balkon naar Seceda. De omgeving is heel rustig. Ideaal om bij te komen na een dagje lopen. De host is zeer vriendelijk en voorziet je van informatie voor de omgeving. Je kan voor een kleine betaling elke dag een bestelling plaatsen voor broodjes die je de volgende ochtend op kan halen bij het verblijf.

Ik heb in veel appartementen door heel Europa verbleven maar deze appartement is de schoonste die wij hebben meegemaakt. Alles was schoon, keuken was zeer geordend en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien.

Auto kan je binnen parkeren naast de accomodatie in een prive parkeerplaats.

Ik kan de appartement gemakkelijk aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Groot appartement met prachtig uitzicht. De ligging is super, het ligt heerlijk rustig op 10 minuutjes rijden van Ortisei, dat vonden wij perfect omdat je hier prachtig uitzicht hebt en niet in de drukte van Ortisei zit. Goede uitvalsbasis voor Seceda en Alpi di Suisi. Gastheer en gastvrouw waren hele aardige en behulpzame mensen. Je kunt je auto in de garage onder de accommodatie parkeren, erg fijn.

This place is perfection. Clean, quiet and set in a beautiful location. Well equipped with all essentials. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. We didn't want to leave...ever!

Staying at this family-run apartment was a truly heartwarming experience. With the owners living in the same building, there's an immediate sense of comfort and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Helga welcomed us warmly, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her attentiveness made all the difference.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, along with a thoughtful touch—delicious homemade jam. Despite breakfast not being included in our booking, we received delicious morning beard, making our stay even more special. These small gestures transformed our trip into an unforgettable experience.

The upgraded apartment was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. Two charming balconies offered picturesque views of the hillside and a nearby church, adding to the serene atmosphere. For outdoor enthusiasts, marked hiking trails surrounds the area.

The property also boasts ample underground parking, along with dedicated facilities for skiing lovers, including a changing room and storage space. A bus stop is located right outside the building, with hourly connections to Ortisei. From there, gondolas provide access to breathtaking mountain ranges, perfect for hiking, skiing, or even paragliding adventures.

An incredible stay in a truly welcoming home—highly recommended for anyone seeking both comfort and adventure!

Beautiful beautiful location and mountain view from the room or the huge balcony, fantastic room utilities (bed was excellent, bathroom and shower nice and big, automatic curtains you can close from bed, big TV), we got free bus tickets to travel around the area as much as we wanted which also saved us quite a bit of money. Staff was very nice and friendly, very helpful, there was a washing machine that was free to use and a drying rack in the room, soap was provided. They also speak German, Italian, AND English, which i thought was impressive!

Connection is great with the rest of Ortisei and greater area by the bus, we went on day trips to church of st. John and Lago di Carezza by bus and it was super easy (and free, with the ticket we got). If you don't have a car and come home late after busses stop going I recommend you take the bus to Hotel Albion and get a taxi from there, as it will only cost 15 EUR (we used AutoSella, maybe it's cheaper with others but they had an online calculator so I trusted them).

All in all: highly recommended and very comfortable stay with a wonderful view and amenities!
