Pros:

Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Gemeinschaftsküche als Ausgleich für die sehr kleine Küche im Apartement, allerdings dort auch nur ein 2 Plattenkocher.

Cons:

In diesem Apartment war der Gemeinschaftstisch/Sitzplatz in einem der Zimmer. In dem zweiten Raum keine Sitzgelegenheiten außer dem Bett.

Super geeignet auch für längere Aufenthalte um Potsdam und Berlin zu erkunden.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle direkt vor Ort. Parkplätzen in ausreichender Anzahl hinterm Haus, tolle Außenanlage. Self-Check-In Automat super, aber auch das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Potsdam. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Gut: ca. 20 min. Fußweg zum Neuen Palais, wo wir ein Event besucht haben. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände ist positiv zu bewerten. Der Check-Inn am Automaten hat gut funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war geräumig. Das Außengelände hinter dem Haus ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, die Zimmertüren werdem von den Gästen recht lautstark geschlossen, was wohl am Schließ-System liegt. Einige Gäste haben bis spät in die Nacht lautstarke Gespräche geführt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad auf dem Flur, was bedeutet, daß man immer die Zimmerkarte benötigt hat, wenn man das Bad oder die Toilette benutzen wollte. Das hat mich an Mr. Bean erinnert, der nackig auf dem Hotelflur stand und nicht mehr ins Hotel-Zimmer kam 😅. Aber für die eine Übernachtung war das ok und wir haben immer an die Zimmerkarte gedacht, wenn wir über den Flur mussten.😁
