A stunning and tranquil place to stay
Pros:

A beautiful and spacious apartment with outstanding views over the sea and some of the neighbouring islands (a sea-facing apartment is a real plus in this location). Giovanna was very helpful and flexible and determined to ensure that we had a great stay. She is clearly someone who cares about her guests.
Acquacalda is a great location if you are after a beautiful and tranquil spot for a restful holiday.

Cons:

There are not really negatives but things to be aware of: 1) the beach in Acquacalda is made of large pebbles/rocks and it can be rather difficult to enter the sea when it is a little rough. Not an issue for us but it could be for a family with young children; 2) Also, transport options are somewhat limited and there is not an awful lot in Acquacalda (although there are a couple of restaurants), so having a means of transport (rental car or scooter) would be advisable.

Pros:

Posizione unica! Tranquillità e bellezza assolute. Giovanna molto gentile e disponibile! L'auto a noleggio (direttamente sull'isola) è la soluzione perfetta per raggiungere la struttura ed essere liberi di visitare Lipari in lungo e in largo.

Il mare dentro con e Salina e Panarea a
Pros:

Appartamento grande, pulito, cucina e salone con vista mare mozzafiato , munito di un balcone con divani da esterni e zona pranzo dove abbiamo passato momenti meravigliosi con la
Vista del mare e delle isole praticamente quasi dentro casa . La melodia del Mare durante il soggiorno è stata una vera terapia di benessere . Scendere di casa e trovare subito sotto un mare dove fare i bagni è stato un vero lusso . Giovanna la proprietaria è stata disponibilissima per ogni nostra necessità e ci ha fatto sentire letteralmente a casa nostra.
Acquacalda è un posto tranquillo ed ottimo se si vuole avere un rapporto unico e diretto con il mare dell isola . Il servizio autobus che passa sotto l alloggio con frequenza vi darà la possibilità di raggiungere Lipari paese, Cannello e Ponticello con comodità. Per chi non ha un mezzo consiglio quindi di farsi dare L orario e le destinazioni dell autobus e di comprare più corse con l abbonamento , risparmierete molto (noi abbiamo comprato 10 corse) ma i conducenti sono molto simpatici e vi sapranno spiegare bene le opportunità.

Una piacevole scoperta
Pros:

Il Residence Nerossidiana è stata una piacevole scoperta e si è rilevato una scelta perfetta per la nostra vacanza. La struttura è moderna, pulitissima e con una vista spettacolare sul mare. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, compresa la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie, spazioso e curato nei dettagli, ideale sia per una vacanza di relax che come base per scoprire l’isola.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Giovanna, host sempre disponibile, gentile e attenta a ogni esigenza. L'accoglienza con il sorriso e l'upgrade in un appartamento più grande hanno ll reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Beautiful view from the apartment and huge rooms. Beach across the road and lovely sunset views. Check in was smooth and easy.

Cons:

The only downside is very little to walk to, so a car is a must. However, if you want a quiet, chilled spot, then this is perfect.

La prima cosa a colpirci positivamente è stata l'accoglienza della proprietaria Giovanna.
Non solo è stata disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra curiosità sulle isole e a richieste di suggerimenti della serie ... cosa visitare, con chi fare le escursioni, dove mangiare bene, quali punti panoramici non perdere, ecc., ma addirittura si è spontaneamente offerta di venire a recuperarci con i bagagli al porto ed accompagnarci al residence (in zona Acquacalda, a circa 9 km dal centro di Lipari), proponendoci di fare sosta in primis al supermercato per acquistare almeno l'indispensabile considerato che più tardi avremmo trovato tutto chiuso dato che era festa patronale.
La seconda sorpresa è stato entrare nell'
appartamento e ritrovarsi con un affaccio sul mare meraviglioso, con vista su Salina, Panarea e Stromboli. Praticamente avevamo il mare in casa. Pulito, arredato con gusto, completo di tutto l'essenziale, incluso elettrodomestici e il necessario per cucinare.
Noi abbiamo optato per il noleggio di uno scooter per muoverci liberamente in lungo e in largo, ma, a pochi passi dal residence, c'è una fermata dei bus che servono l'isola. Siamo stati DAVVERO benissimo e cosiglieremmo NerOssidiana a chiunque ama il mare
e la pace.

Pros:

Struttura bella, pulita e super accogliente. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Il punto di forza oltre la vista e la bellezza della struttura è l’host, Giovanna , che ci ha aiutato per tutto il nostro soggiorno e quando abbiamo avuto un problema lo ha risolto in brevissimo tempo trovandoci una soluzione migliore e rendendoci il soggiorno ancora più spettacolare.
