Lovely stay in romantic building!
Pros:

To start with, I really liked the building it’s beautiful. The accommodation was on the first floor, and the room was clean, with a nice bathroom, high ceilings, and large windows.
The bed was very comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Trieste. Overall, we are very satisfied.
The only thing I would mention is that the accommodation is about 20 minutes from the city center, but it’s definitely worth it.
Sergey was there to help us and answer any questions we had.
If I visit this city again, I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Purtroppo la zona è scarsa di parcheggi e quindi si deve ricorrere a parcheggi a pagamento che sono sempre pieni, a meno di parcheggiare molto lontano e poi prendere un mezzo pubblico. Credo sia l’unica soluzione percorribile. L’unica problematica che a Trieste, sovente accadono atti di vandalismo alle auto. Quindi si deve sperare che vada tutto bene.
Noi siam riusciti a trovare un posto nella piazzetta davanti alla Coop e non l’abbiamo spostata per tutti i giorni di permanenza, anche se pochi; ogni mattina abbiamo aggiornato il permesso che ha un costo di circa 10 € al giorno.

La position (10 minutes à pied de la gare et 15 du centre ville), l’appartement spacieux, bien équipé et très propre, la facilité du check-in.

Összességében ez a szállás számomra egyfajta „okos európai apartman” mintája volt. Nem hivalkodó, hanem részleteiben igé
Pros:

Ez a trieszti szállás számomra meglepően magas szintű élményt adott, főleg a részletek miatt. Nem luxus volt, hanem nagyon átgondolt, kompakt és igényes.

Ami különösen tetszett:
nagyon jó hangulatú enteriőr, meleg tónusú fa padló, letisztult, modern berendezés, jó minőségű ágynemű és kényelmes ágy, otthonos, nyugodt atmoszferat biztosított, akkor a termosztátos radiátor és törölközőszárító (Ez utóbbi külön nagy szolgálatot tett.)
Tetszett az okos térkihasználás,
a falba csúsztatható tolóajtó (remek megoldás!), kompakt, de jól használható elrendezés, minden a helyén volt, semmi nem volt felesleges
Tetszett a falra szerelt adagolós tusfürdő / sampon,
szép, modern csempe a zuhanyzóban.
A konyharészben tetszett a szekrénybe integrált csepegtető (nem foglalja a pultot).


Összességében ez a szállás számomra egyfajta „okos európai apartman” mintája volt.
Nem hivalkodó, hanem részleteiben igényes, élhető és harmonikus.

Cons:

Ami a képet kissé árnyalja, az az, hogy a szoba nem volt túl világos.
Az ablak (a triesztre jellemző) zsalus jellegű volt, és a felső része fix, amit nem lehetett szabályozni, így eleve kevesebb természetes fény jutott be. Emiatt nappal is inkább félhomályos volt a szoba.

Empfehlung für Sparfüchse!
Pros:

Sehr preiswertes, fußläufig zum Zentrum gelegenes kleines Apartment mit gut ausgestatter Küchenzeile und viekrn Details wie beispielsweise zusätzliche Decken im Kleiderschrank. Supermarkt in 3 Gehminuten, Hauptbahnhof mit Verbindung zum Flughafen in 7 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Bad bietet keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten, weder in der Dusche noch rund ums Waschbecken. Aufgrund der von der Straße kommenden Lautstärke war es nicht möglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, aber das Zimmer war angenehm temperiert und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis verbietet fast Kritik.

Cons:

Il letto, singolo, non è il massimo della comodità per il materasso e per l’assenza di lenzuola, ma solo del “sacco del piumino”.
