Cheap stay, but also not the most pleasant
Pros:

Price was pretty low, the room overall looked good. Location is very close to the business district.

Cons:

I arrived late in the evening when it was already dark. Yard of the house where apartments are located was totally dark, it was very hard to find the door of the house. The yard itself looked pretty scary and it definitely wasn’t a place where I wanted to be. When you enter the house, you see the stairs that are very low, it is actually the first time I see a house with such a low stairs, definitely not appealing. Then you enter the part of the house where rooms are located, there is a kitchen which I didn’t use and can’t say anything about that. The room itself looked okay, but it can be clearly seen that the furniture already needs a replacement. The bed creaked a lot on every move, mattress was very soft (not comfy for me, but that’s subjective). Some spider nets were seen here and there, but nothing too bad.

Overall I would say it was not a comfortable stay for me personally and there are better accommodation options in Vilnius for a couple of euros more expensive per night than this one.

Super Stadt und ein guter Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die sehr nahe Lage zum Zentrum. Alles war fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Eventuell nur das Treppenhaus was sehr klein ist.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν στρατηγική 15λ από την παλιά πόλη και πολύ κοντά στην περιοχή με τους ουρανοξύστες, επίσης υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς απέξω. Η τοποθεσία ήταν το μόνο θετικό...

Σε διαμονή 4 ημερών (3 βράδια) δεν ήρθαν ούτε μια φορά να καθαρίσουν.. κι έστω ότι είναι αυτή η πολιτική του καταλύματος δεν υπήρχαν έξτρα πετσέτες,σεντόνια,χαρτιά υγείας για να τα αλλάξουμε μόνοι μας. Μόνο μετα από αίτημα μας την 3η μέρα ήρθαν και μας πέταξαν κυριολεκτικά κάποιες πετσέτες στο κρεβάτι και δεν θεώρησαν αυτονόητο να καθαρίσουν.. Το κατάλυμα είναι αρκετά βρώμικο στις 4 μέρες βρέθηκαν 3 κατσαρίδες: 2 κατσαρίδες στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο και μια κατσαρίδα στο δωμάτιο μας. Επισυνάπτεται και φωτογραφία. Η είσοδος του σπιτιού τουλάχιστον τρομακτική ειδικά για εμάς που φτάσαμε βράδυ, νομίζω οι φυλακές του Βίλνιους (το αξιοθέατο) πρέπει να είναι λιγότερο τρομακτικές.. Είναι ένα σχετικα οικονομικο κατάλυμα που δεν αξίζει όμως με τίποτα με 10€ παραπάνω το βράδυ είστε σε γνωστό ξενοδοχείο στους ουρανοξύστες...πιθανότατα δίχως κατσαρίδες

Locația și interacțiunea cu proprietarul. Baia foarte spațioasă.

Cons:

Spațiul foarte strâmt intre pat și marginile camerei. Există risc de accidentare. Pt o persoană 80+kg chiar cred că va fi o problemă. In rest, nimic de reproșat.
