Pros:

Ho soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura nel monolocale all' ultimo piano che gode di una splendida vista compreso anche uno scorcio di mare e del molo. Posizione assolutamente strategica per visitare la città e a due passi dal mare. Il monolocale è carino e sufficientemente equipaggiato anche se andrebbero fatte alcune piccole riparazioni.

Stato di abbandono anticipato.

Difficile dire qualcosa di positivo

Cons:

Un hotel in stato di abbandono è probabilmente tenuto meglio di questo. La stanza non era decisamente pulita, tra polvere e capelli. In cucina mancano alcuni utensili, ma soprattutto manca del sapone. Ironico se si pensa che più volte viene ribadito dalla struttura che in caso di mancata pulizia della cucina da parte degli ospiti, scatta la multa. Molti oggetti sono rotti o malfunzionanti, tra cui gli infissi di 3 finestre su tre. O si sta al buio, o si spalanca tutto.

Molto bene
Pros:

Struttura pulita e accogliente, vicinissima al mare e al viale.
Cucina un pò datata, sopratutto l'angolo dei fuochi, sicuramente da migliorare.
Le lenzuola e asciugamani sono già inclusi nel prezzo, è molto comodo perché non ci obbliga a portarli da casa.
La colazione offerta nel bar accanto dà un valore aggiunto.
Ci siamo trovati bene.

Sarebbe utile la presenza alla reception del personale in una fascia oraria più ampia di quella proposta per le esigenze clientela. Gestione box chiavi presso camere con inserimento codice non particolarmente agevole.
