Belle situation. Malgré un personnel gentil, gros manque de professionnalisme et de considération envers le client

Pas d’eau chaude dans le studio.
Changement de logement pour le 2e nuit de notre séjour. Pas de draps ni de serviettes dans le nouveau logement. Nous avons dû récupérer ceux du 1er logement sans eau chaude.
Aucune considération de la réception que nous avons appelé à 8h30 et 9h. On nous a demandé si c’était urgent. Et enfin après le passage du technicien a 10h, qui ne pouvait rien faire, aucun contact avec la réception. Nous sommes passés à 12h. Personne. Nous avons laissé un message sur le tel d’urgence afin d’avoir une solution, et on nous a recontacté suite à ce message pour nous changer de logement. Logement sans draps, ni serviettes.
Et nous avons eu en dédommagement un petit paquet de galettes.
Le dimanche au moment du départ, réception fermée. Pas de possibilité de régler la taxe de séjour et la taxe pour notre chien. La veille, la personne de la réception n’a pas jugé utile de nous le préciser.
3 jours après, on nous recontacte pas tel pour régler ces taxes malgré une douche froide le vendredi soir et le samedi matin.

Nice resident close to port

Cons:

Ttime to replace some of furniture especially the sofa and to improve decor.
