Estadia perfeita, superou as expectativas
Pros:

O apartamento é excelente, com layout otimizado, móveis e utensílios de alta qualidade, cama confortável, silencioso. O check-in é fácil e ágil. A localização é a melhor possível, perto de tudo, inclusive sendo possível ir a pé a dois dos principais centros comerciais da capital, o Conjunto Nacional e o Brasília Shopping, ambos com inúmeras opções de lojas, alimentação e serviços em geral. Ademais, estando o flat no edifício que abriga um hotel, os hóspedes têm à disposição os serviços ali oferecidos, de ótimo padrão, entre eles academia de ginástica e piscina aquecida, ambos gratuitos, bem como café da manhã, serviço e quarto e sauna (a pagamento). Acima de tudo, destaco a gentileza e a proatividade do anfitrião.

Excelente acomodação!
Pros:

A localização do flat é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso a shoppings, restaurantes e aos principais pontos turísticos de Brasília. A minha viagem foi a trabalho e me senti muito bem acomodada. O flat é pequeno, como vários, mas muito bem dividido, com disponibilidade de utensílios, e com uma vista muito linda. O proprietário foi extremamente solícito diante de uma solicitação feita, o que aumentou ainda mais nossa satisfação com o local. Sem dúvidas recomendarei para amigos e voltarei assim que necessário.

Pros:

The unit is perfect for a business trip. Big windows and a charming view of Brasilia's Eixo Monumental. Very clean. Lots of closet space. Basic but functional kitchenette, with a large fridge. Access to hotel facilities in the premises. Inviting terrace and mini-pool. Friendly cafeteria on the ground floor. Witihn walking distance of several shopping malls and very decent eating & drinking. Friendly and helpful manager.

Cons:

I arrived early in the morning and had to wait several hours for the 2 pm check-in. No complains, though, since I was adviced about it beforehand, and the lobby catered to almost all my needs (other than taking a shower).
