Pros:

La ubicación está buenísima. Con auto es super fácil llegar.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento al departamento en el que estuve. Falta volver a pintar después de reparar paredes, ajustar llaves de lavamanos, cosas de esa índole. El sillón y una de las camas ya está lista para ser reemplazada por una nueva.

La vista es lo mejor.

Cons:

Fuimos hace 4 años y todo bien, sólo hicimos la apreciación de que el estacionamiento es demasiado estrecho. Ahora encontramos instalaciones deterioradas, muebles descuadrados, el sofa cama estaba en pésimo estado, no lo pudimos ocupar. El olor a humedad del baño era fuerte. El colchón de la cama matrimonial estaba super marcado, pésimo. La Tv tenía el cable suelto para ver cable. Le falta bastante mantenimiento.
