Porto Azzurro in autunno.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Elba Vip per una settimana dal 18 al 25 iottobre 2025. Ci è piaciuta la struttura come è tenuta e curata, la disponibilità dei gestori, il luogo dove la struttura è ubicata, in una posizione riservata ma ad appena 400 metri circa dal porto e dal centro di Porto Azzurro. Ci è piaciuta la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi la GTE, la Grande traversata elbana, e di percorrere un tratto. Consigliamo a tutti la struttura.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Elba Vip. We especially liked the well-designed complex with two immaculately clean salt-water pools, the garden, and underground garages. The apartments are packed together but still well insulated (quiet even in high season). We enjoyed the helpful staff and the location to town, grocery, and nature. The cooperation with the neighboring vineyard for nature walks and runs was great. For daily off road Jogging a great location.

Struttura accogliente, molto carina e ben tenuta. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
Pros:

Praticamente tutto, in particolare il fatto che fosse curato e pulito. Inoltre, la disponibilità del parcheggio è un plus sicuramente importante.

Struttura ben tenuta con due piscine, parco giochi e area barbecue.
Appartamento spazioso (avevamo il bilocale) e molto pulito.
Parcheggio privato e coperto.
Zona tranquilla e molto vicina al centro e al supermercato.

Consiglio vivamente il residence Elba Vip, è stata una bellissima esperienza.
Pros:

Posizione ottimale, appena fuori dal centro (raggiungibile in pochi minuti di passeggiata) in una zona verdeggiante. Comodo al supermercato per fare la spesa.
Il residence è molto carino, ha un giardino meraviglioso e un'ampia piscina.
Nonostante fosse la settimana di ferragosto l'ambiente era tranquillo.
L'appartamento era un trilocale con camera matrimoniale molto ampia e un'altra camera mansardata comunque comoda per due ragazzi grandi.
L'aria condizionata ha avuto il suo perché durante una settimana caldissima.

Cons:

Il letto, seppur comodo come materasso, cigolava ed era un po' fastidioso.
La gestione dei rifiuti potrebbe essere più agevole.
