Very disappointing
Pros:

The location

The rooms need urgent upgrades
The bed mattress was 4-inch foam
There were cockroaches and bed bugs in room 4/105
The washing machine was broken
One lift had been out of action since October 25
Only one hotplate available for cooking
Window coverings in the bedrooms didn't stop any light shining through
It was advertised as having a gym, but NO gym
Towels were suitable for a child

Massive Disappointment
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing worked no cable tv or WiFi, the dresser was broken and I couldn't use. The closest door was broken and could only open one side. They claim they have a balcony but it is a 10x10 8ft high walled off section. Only sheets on the bed.

Gorgeous apartment complex & good location; shame about the room itself 🪳🪳
Pros:

Good location for SM. You can just walk next door easily. It's easy and affordable to get a taxi elsewhere in the city too (traffics can make the journey a bit long, but pretty typical for davao). Oasis itself is also lovely and nice, with great staff - friendly guards, cleaners, etc. The clubhouse is well kept and it's gorgeously designed.

Cons:

The room itself was tired and dirty. Lots of cockroaches and bugs. I've stayed in other places in Davao, but I've never been bitten as much as here. Found plenty of creepy crawlies crawling in and around the rice cooker. Ants dead in the fridge. The room looked like it was once nice but now it's just scruffy: all drawers in the bedroom were busted, walls scuffed, sofa bed fraying, etc. Super dusty too. Had to do a clean when we got there.

The whole reason I chose this place was because it had a kitchen, but due to the poor hygiene I never used it. This was pretty important to me because I'm a vegetarian, and I needed the option to cook my own meals (it's not always easy eating out with family in ph).

It was also pretty difficult to contact the owner. Email seems unresponsive, provided WhatsApp didn't work, and same with booking.com messages. We managed to ask the guards to contact them when we needed something and that helped. It may be easier if you have a Filipino contact number, but since this is being advertised to international clients, I do think there needs to be alternatives.

THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE,ONLY ONE DRINKING GLASS,COCKROACH PROBLEMS,SMELLY BATHROOM,WIFI DROPPING OUT OR NOT WORKING AT ALL,SOME KITCHEN APPLIANCES NOT WORKING,NO DOOR ON FREEZER SO ANYTHING IN FRIDGE DOOR WOULD FREEZE,TELEVISION SPEAKERS DID NOT WORK,DRINKING FOUNTAIN ONLY SUPPLIED WARM WATER,AND ONLY HAD 25% OF ITS CAPACITY
FOUND THERE WAS NO ONE TO CONTACT REGARDING ANY ISSUES
CHECK IN WE WHERE IN A ROOM WITH AIR CON THAT DIDNT WORK,THEN MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM NEXT DAY..ONLY COMMUNICATION WAS VIA EMAIL IN WHICH NO ONE REPLIED TO MY EMAILS

Slum apartments of Davao... stay at the Aeon towers... much cheaper and way nicer

Nothing... the rooms were not as advertised and we were charged for 19 nights but only stayed 2 because of the poor conditions.
