Quality,best aervice,great location and friendly atmosphere…
Pros:

This place you’re feeling like at your home.Great customer support from receptionists,they are always friendly,helpful and kind.If you need anything they’re always finding solutions for your comfort.While I have a trip to Istanbul ,I always choose La Palace.Location is perfect,near by metro/metrobus and busses.You can reach nearly all Istanbul by public transportations.Clean,safe and good prices…Rooms are quite big and comfortable,with kitchen and wash machine very useful for long term trip or with family…Mr Osman the best owner I think long term experience with tourism.All team amazing.Many many thanks for my short trip and will come back soon.If you need good and safe place in Istanbul ,definitely La Palace is the best one…

Ausstattung, Laut anderer Bewohner besonders in der Nacht, für Familien mit Kinder war schreklich. die Bilder waren gleich aber altttte Sache .
Die Sofa waren schlimm zuschlafen.

في البدايه الاستقبال كان حلو

وبعدين لمن جينا نخرج من الفندق قالو ادفعو حق النظافه بسبب انو اتاخرنا في خروجنا تقريباً ساعه واخذو مننا 20يورو وكمان يقول للموقف مع ان الموقف كان من ضمن الحجز وغير كذا الارضيه صراحه كانت وصخه شوي والشقه قديمه والمكان في حاره المكان سى واحتمال يعجب البعض

Ничего не понравилось. Фото не соответствуют действительности.

Cons:

Номер не соответствует действительности. Посуда отсутствует для приготовления, было 2 стакана, 2 ложки, 2 вилки и сковородка с засохшим жиром. Моющие средства отсутствуют, при запросе их на ресепшене ответили, что они не обеспечивают. В спальне отсутствовало 1 стекло, стиральная машинка с засохшими остатками порошка от множественного использования.

Great Location. Great staff.
Pros:

The reception staff and the owner were very nice and friendly. They offered us Turkish tea and coffee. They responded to complaints promptly and efficiently. Functional Kitchen; stayed for 24 nights and cooked everyday. Hotel is just opposite metro bus stop and Trump AVM mall. Location is superb.

Cons:

Wi-Fi can be better but it didn’t ruin anything for me.

Pros:

The suite was large and the bed was quite comfy

Cons:

The place smelt like stale cigarette smoke and had air fresheners everywhere even in the lift!
There were no mugs and no tea bags to welcome you. I know it was self catering but a couple of teabags or coffee would have been great.
The chairs were filthy with stains and I didn’t want to sit on them. I honestly just felt dirty when I left.
It’s on a busy road and when I looked out the window someone had dumped rubbish on the pavement, which included an old toilet!
It is self catering but there are no supermarkets very close by.
I’ve been to Turkey before and this is the worst place I ever stayed. Avoid!
