Non credo che ci tornerei anche se la posizione è buona
Pros:

La posizione ottima, a due passi da supermarket e negozi ristoranti bar e dal porticciolo molto carino di kassiopi, la struttura risponde di un parcheggio gratuito a fianco all entrata, internet funziona bene anche se non in tutti i punti della struttura

Cons:

Appartamento per 4 persone completamente sprovvisto di stoviglie adatte a pranzare in 4, per capirci c erano 3 forchette solamente, una pentola e una padella soltanto , in bagno la doccia era sprovvista di tenda ne tanto meno di box doccia

Pros:

Loistava hinta-laatusuhde. Tilava huoneisto, kaksi toimivaa ilmalämpöpumppua ja uusi jääkaappi pakastinlokerolla. Upea suuri ja syvä uima-allas. Myös mainio allasbaari. Erinomainen sijainti.

Pros:

This place is good value compared to other places in Kassiopi
It is defo tired and run down and we were in the 500s which are at the back and not a great part of the premises
If booking I would try getting closer to the pool or entrance

Returned for the 4th time
Pros:

We have been to Philippos 4 times now and it always holds a special place in our hearts. It’s basic but clean, comfortable and has everything we need. The pool is always clean and such a nice relaxing atmosphere. We love Do Do at the pool bar, always welcoming and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I love that this is family run and see the same faces every time. It’s a short walk into Kassiopi which has plenty of restaurants and bars, we love the local bakery.

Pros:

Aproape de toate tavernele si magazinele de suveniruri. Aproape de port de unde poti face diferite excursii si la 5 minute de statia de autobuz catre alte statiuni. Paturile noi, foarte confortabile, baia renovata recent. Curatenia in camera s-a facut la 3 zile. Piscina mare si buna pentru inotat.
Am vazut ca unele corpuri de cladire erau renovate complet.

Cons:

Bucataria avea mobila veche si erau exagerat de multe furnici.De asemenea, dulapurile din camera erau vechi si cu un miros foarte urat, nu putai sa tii hainele inauntru. Barul se inchidea la ora 18, iar bucataria se inchidea la ora 17.

God beliggenhed og pool. Værelserne er okay. Badeværelset trænger til renovering.

Great apartments very close to local amenities which were value for money.
Pros:

Location was great - few minutes walk to loads of bars/shops etc. close to harbour and around 10 minutes walk to beaches. The apartment was roomy and aircon very good in fact our daughters complained it was too cold! As others have said bathroom small but adequate although not a huge fan of shower curtains. Kitchenette had what you needed for basic eating. Balcony was huge across two rooms although only accessible from the main bedroom which shouldn't really be a problem for most guests. Pool was great and there was a bar just off the pool although we never used it. The prices looked reasonable from the menu and also served pizzas etc. We went to the pool at different times during our stay and always able to get 4 sunbeds. We stayed 4 nights and towels changed midway of our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and Kassiopi is lovely.

Cons:

Nothing in particular apart from a few minor housekeeping like loose taps and toilet seat but nothing major. If we could go again tomorrow I would!
