The property advertised on Booking.com is not correct.
Cons:

We did not stay at this property. We left after check in. The properties advertised on Booking.com are not the properties rented out. The pictures are of the "Club Wyndham" rooms which cannot be booked on Booking.com. The room was dingy, on the ground level, it smelt as if somebody had been smoking in it and a number of the staff were rude and unhelpful.

We are awaiting on refund as the Duty Manager and Supervisors were shocked by our reaction and promised a refund.

Great value , great location
Pros:

Proximity to event we were attending, facilities, comfortable for whole family, adequate provisions eg. Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and powder

Pros:

Putt putt, outdoor chess board, cafe and playground and free bike hire were great for families Facilities were well kept, staff were lovely and it is in a great location. The two bedroom accomodation was spacious for a family of five.

Cons:

No working exhaust or window in ensuite and main TV stopped working and reception couldn't assist. The older unit owners customers were confrontational in the pool area over any splashing or noise from kids which made it less relaxing for families.

Great facilities. Unlikely to stay again due to the increased price and past experience.

The facilities for the kids were great.

Cons:

When entering the room and unpacking, I noticed there were Gnats/Fruit flies everywhere in the kitchen. Noticeably around the sink. When I let the reception know, the solution was bug spray from Housekeeping as there were no other rooms. Housekeeping explained that it is likely since it is a ground floor unit. I don't believe that this was the case as the bugs were in the kitchen and not on the patio or lounge closest to the door. When pulling the sheets up from one of the single beds, a cockroach ran out. In my opinion it was not worth mentioning further as there was nothing else that could be done based on previous solution. Perhaps a complimentary coffee or drink may have been a little bit more welcoming when there was an unsolvable bug issue. I understand I booked a "low floor" room, however I think there should be differentiation between Low and Ground floor rooms.
