The Property is lovely and very well maintained. Pankaj the host was extremely helpful and a very good conversationalist giving good tips on places to visit as well as places to avoid. He also made arrangements for local sightseeing. The breakfast provided was excellent. . Pankaj together with his support staff ensured that we really had enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Haven.

The cordial and friendly nature of the host. They were always available for help and shared the locations to visit nearby.
The support staff is also polite.

The two points that I especially liked are the well maintained cleanliness within the rooms as well as the surrounding area and the breakfast. Our meals were healthy and served warm. It is better to say that our stay of two days was much pleasant 😁

Starting from the property it was beautiful inside out , location of the property was outstanding, cleanliness was at its best , owner was so cooperative ,humble and a nice person .
Food was amazing ,staff Mr Prakash was a nice person .

food was very good and home cooked. We always go for properties and stays which can provide home cooked food as much as possible. Location was very peaceful and the host was generous for explained all about the space we booked.

The property is so beautiful we had a hard time leaving it for going outside to sight see.
It is a great place to stay with family and have a peaceful time in Nainital. Extremely silent away from bustling city noise but also easily accessible to the main city via cabs.

The property owner Pankaj Uncle is the sweetest. And the staff there are very helpful.
