Very good experience
Pros:

The property is so beautiful we had a hard time leaving it for going outside to sight see.
It is a great place to stay with family and have a peaceful time in Nainital. Extremely silent away from bustling city noise but also easily accessible to the main city via cabs.

The property owner Pankaj Uncle is the sweetest. And the staff there are very helpful.

Will definitely try to visit again!!!

Amazing experience with lots of memories

The host - Pankaj ji is very welcoming and helpful. It didn't feel like we visited the place for the 1st time. His suggestions and guidance helped us save a lot of time and effort. It helped us explore the town and nearby places very well and grab a lot of beautiful memories.
The place is beautifully crafted with a lot of thought in the background. The location, the structure, privacy, needs etc has all been amazing.
We have spent some very good moments which we will remember till eternity.
