Great location, nice views and had everything we needed
Sofa bed still had plastic on it and was too uncomfortable to sleep on
Spacious and great spot
The villa was as close to the facilities as you could get. Fantastic location. The unit was quite old and clearly never renovated but at the price it was very very good value for money. It was very clean. The king size beds appeared quite new and exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms were large, clean and water pressure very good. The verandah was large and overlooked beautiful trees and the golf course. Although the outdoor seats were quite old and not in great condition. Otherwise the unit was excellent.
We chose this golf resort for the 3 pools, tennis court, gym and golf course. We received an email the day before our arrival explaining that we could only use the community pool which was cold and filthy dirty. The two larger pools looked amazing but off limits to privately managed units, as were the tennis courts and gym. Very disappointing to not have known this when booking the unit. The golf course was available at a reasonable cost and we loved it. The unit managers really need to inform potential guests up front regarding the facilities they will not get access to. Otherwise great unit and good value for money.
The location
It is dated, especially the bathrooms. There were not enough cutlery for the number of guests
Lovely property with all that we needed for our stay. Clean and tidy and well appointed. Good clear information from owners.
Very close to housekeeping base which meant there was constant noise from housekeeping buggies coming and going. Same for landscaping team who used loud leaf blowers every morning to clear around clubhouse.
The location was fantastic.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was very handy.
It was all great. The only comment is that it needed a few more things in the kitchen and more towels. Whilst there was only four of us we ate all meals in the apartment which meant we would run out of things after each meal, some more plates,bowls,cutlery and bowls to serve food in.

There was a strong, bad smell when we first got there. Opening the windows didn’t get rid of it. It only went away after we ran some water in the laundry in the morning.
Also the ironing board is broken.

No tissues or comfortable niceties provided for such a expensive rental
The number of emails in relation to booking, checkin during & prior to checkout were unnecessary & became annoying. TMI !
