Cons:

Announcement is completely misleading - we booked a 4 bedroom apartment and the room had 3 beds + a mattress on the floor.
The bathroom is basically insignificant, there's not even the space to move nor any ventilation mechanism.
On the 2nd day of our stay the staff didn't even change the towels.
