Lovely stay
Pros:

Super clean, spacious and well put together. Views were great, we were lucky enough to have an elongated conservatory style balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Water way too hot, burned my hand.
Shower head would not stay in the holder, kept twist itself round so in the end had to hold it whilst Showering.

Unfortunately the Smart TVs are not established on the network meaning you can only connect using a HDMI cable. If you plan to watch anything, definitely bring a laptop.

My stay at Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford fell significantly below what I would expect from a 4-star property. The issues were not isolated; they reflected a pattern of unclear policies and weak service delivery.

Check-in:
I arrived around 12:30 pm, aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 pm. I had already requested early check-in via email, yet I was asked to pay an additional fee upon arrival. Shortly after (around 1:00 pm), the hotel conducted a fire alarm drill. This was poorly handled—guests were not informed in advance, nor advised to wait in the lobby until the drill was completed. Instead, we were allowed to go up to our rooms and then asked to evacuate. This sequence is illogical and reflects poor coordination.

In-room amenities:
I requested basic items such as a toothbrush and shaving kit. After a long delay, I was told these are not included and must be purchased. This is not aligned with expectations for this category.

Delivery handling:
I ordered water and a toothbrush from outside. The items arrived at reception, and I was told it would take 5 minutes to send them up. In reality, it took about 3 hours and required follow-up from my side.

Housekeeping:
On the second day, I left in the morning and returned in the evening to find the room not serviced. I was then informed that housekeeping is not included for stays under 8 nights, unless an extra fee is paid. This condition was not made sufficiently clear at booking.

Room service
I ordered dinner and was told I had to come down to collect it myself—no room delivery available.

Very pleasant place to stay.
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at the Aparthotel Brentford. Booked breakfast both mornings for £12 which is reasonable for anywhere. Breakfast was extremely good with a great selection of food and cold and hot drinks.
The room was excellent for the money with its own cooker and microwave. There is also a Sainsbury’s extremely close to buy supplies. I would stay again if the price was a little cheaper. Otherwise I’d stay further from the centre in an Air BnB.
The staff were extremely pleasant also and made the whole stay extremely worthwhile.
I personally wear earplugs to sleep anyway so the road noise didn’t bother me. There is a busy road outside and a flyover above that also to bear in mind when booking.

Cons:

Didn’t have any issues at all.
