Great location, great facilities, comfy and cosy!
Pros:

We were getting ready for my wedding day here and there was a good amount of space and facilities for everyone.

Cons:

The toaster tripped off the electricity so we weren’t able to use this. The sofa in the room was abit stained.

Pros:

Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Very nice stay

Cons:

Carpets were stained with sick or drink but owner mentioned he is replacing them so that's good.

Pros:

Property is well kept and centrally located. Did not realise the 2 flights of steep stairs which were difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. Otherwise a fantastic stay

Cons:

Inside was clean but window above bed could have done with a clean on the outside.
Coffee maker hadn't been used for a while and the empty water tank was a bit mouldy at the bottom...put me off using it.

Nice apartment in central location
Pros:

Location was central.
Spacious apartment, nice bathroom and fabulous towels. We didn't use kitchen but has coffee machine, pods, teabags, etc which was appreciated.
Nice quiet apartment. Large double bed in main bedroom, we slept very well.

Cons:

Be warned, parking is off site and an extra charge (We paid £18 overnight).
The apartment is basement level and was quite cold when we arrived at 3pm, took a while to figure out the heating and get the rooms to a comfortable temperature.
Sofa bed not at all comfortable for 2 persons.
Took us a while to actually locate the apartment. According to a kind neighbour, Google maps brings everyone to the wrong access to Heritage Mews, needs to be corrected!!
Cream carpets throughout, so plenty of stains to be expected.

Great time, would stay again!
Pros:

The property was really clean and very well presented.
It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures which was wonderful.
There were towels, clean linen, bath mat, tea coffee and sugar, tea towel and kitchen supplies.
A microwave, electric hob were included too.

The bed was the comfiest I have slept in away from home EVER!!! Loved it.

Balcony was great for a good people watch, great views!

Cons:

The balcony was great but it could use a little TLC. The plant decor was broken and there was a broken floor panel.
It didn’t affect the function of the balcony though.

Great location, I would definitely return.
Pros:

We stay in Nottingham yearly in different places and have found this to be a great location, easy to find. The property was also very clean with everything you might need.

Cons:

The only downside was (unless it was user error) we couldn't get the aircon to stay on consistently and without it the property gets very hot. Also despite needing a code to get through the door which led to the door to where our apartment was, the code didn't work and the door would open freely.
