Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly staff help us alot with doors.

Cons:

Did not like the fingerprint keypads of doors. Had to call the staff every time when we want to enter our rooms. Fan or aircon will help in summer.

We waited hours to get inside building the biometrics were not working. I did mention that its not working and was assured it was. We stood outside for hours with no one to help despite this being a 24hour facility.

I was not given the wifi password until day 3 of my stay
No induction of the room or facilities was done
I am aware that it is student accommodation but the noise levels after 10pm was terrible

Value for money especially for short stays
Pros:

Convenient location and the smart entry systems was nice, no key to worry about, room key was all finger print access and building entry was facial recognition, no worries about losing a key card or room key

Cons:

Our room was right next to an industrial aircon unit an at 7am this thing sounded like it was about to take off
