Pros:

Great location, ideal for train, bus and trams. Airport bus link. Shops and markets really good. There are a variety of places for eating out and local bars. Great communication with owner.

Pros:

Clean.

Cons:

No air-condition, shower drain clogged, which is basic ameneties.
Asked for a fan as place very warm. But no fan delivered. Asked for a plumber but no plumber came. Not worth the price.
