Bardzo fajny obiekt, polecam.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko plaży. Obiekt zamknięty, bardzo czysto utrzymany, codziennie o ogród dbali ogrodnicy. Jeżeli chodzi o apartament niczego nie brakowało. Bardzo mile spędzony czas.

Nie mam uwag.

Pros:

Sicuramente ottima posizione e residence veramente carino. Chiuso con cancelli di sicurezza, telecamere ecc.

Cons:

I servizi sono inesistenti e all'interno dell'appartamento non c'è proprio nulla, nemmeno una spugnetta e un po' di detersivo.
La pulizia dell'appartamento era davvero pessima...capelli e peli di non si sa chi ovunque.
Trovo il rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente sfavorevole: un appartamento del genere, dove non hai neanche lenzuola e asciugamani e dove devi farti pure carico della pulizia finale, costa veramente troppo.
Ho visto che nei periodi fuori stagione il prezzo è conveniente, ma da giugno a fine agosto proprio no.
Anche la spiaggia lasciava molto a desiderare...
In conclusione: il residence è bello, con appartamenti graziosi, ma manca tutto il resto.
Grande potenziale sprecato.

La casa bella, accesso al mare comodo.

Cons:

Alcune mancanze tipo accessori in cucina (aasciugapiatti-presine) un tappetino x il bagno. Poi alcuni mobili da sostituire perche obsoleti farebbero la differenza perche la casa e veramente carina.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima con villette singole su due piani perfette negli spazi molto accoglienti.
Molto pulite e ben curate.
Staff eccellente, il signor Alessio veramente disponibile e gentile in ogni richiesta fatta.

Cons:

Suggerisco di mettere una piccola tenda per privacy alla finestra del bagno (app. L2).
Posizione purtroppo isolata lontano dal centro (30 min a piedi) e anche dai supermercati. Non c è nemmeno un mini market per pane o viveri di prima necessità.
Unica cosa vicina una piccola (ma deprimente) farmacia.
Per spostarsi verso un po di vita, abbiamo dovuto noleggiare le bici (con costo a parte) per poter andare in centro.
La spiaggia del residence è molto piccola (quasi opprimente).

Soggiorno rilassante , posto tranquillo, mare a due passi. Spiaggia un po’ stretta gli ombrelloni erano troppo vicini

Very beautiful and quiet residential area, with gated community vibe :)
Pros:

Apartment was very nice, whole residence area is beautiful. Family friendly, not far from the beach. Staff was very helpful and always available. All amenities you need are close more or less by foot. Porto Recanati is a lovely nearby town, couple of minutes drive or about 30 minutes by foot.

Cons:

Not enough (sport) activities available. Nearby sport object is neglected, outdated and closed. Too bad, because it has a very good potential to become a proper recreational center with tennis/basketball court, swimming pool etc.
