Pros:

No coffee in the room only tea. Went out and came back and ants were all over the counter. Never see anyone at the desk. No one there when I check out. Every time I go out and come back no one at the desk. No shower curtain in main bathroom. Other than this I did like the place and the restaurants by it were really good food.

Our host Mr Long was very helpful and had great communication. The area is pretty good with a lovely tea house next door however we stayed in the superior suite and the room itself was not at all presented like the photos. The room in person was shabby and extremely plain. It also felt unclean but Mr Long did kindly have the room ready for us a lot earlier.. maybe that affected a more thorough clean happening??? If you have long legs you will find it very difficult to use the toilet as it faces a wall and leaves very little room for your legs. Possibly the other rooming options are better??

Excellent value for the money, great location, good food in the rooftop restaurant, great drinks. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Miss Linh was extremely helpful to make sure my stay was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful, modern new apartment. From the exceptional customer service, to the amazing rooftop bar call SKYON9, we had a fantastic stay. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and were friendly and courteous. enjoying a cocktail and watching the sunset on SKYON9! Clean and large apartment, a huge shower and great service. We will definitely come back!

Pros:

I stayed here for one week recently and I was very happy with everything. I stayed in a studio apartment, which had more than enough space for a solo traveler.

The internet is very fast, stable, and reliable. The apartment had everything I needed, including a washing machine on the balcony. I'd like to say a big thank you to Miss Anh (and the other staff) for being so helpful and welcoming.

I highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi.

Pros:

I stayed here for three nights with a friend of mine. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our stay. They were able to answer any questions we had regarding the apartment and the town.
Overall, cannot recommend this apartment enough

We had the absolute best time at this apartment. The staff was super welcoming and helpful with our many questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our room was set, laundry done in a timely manner and our breakfast needs were met.

The welcome tea and treats were a lovely way to start our stay. It’s also a great location being a 30 minutes walk to the old town. They set our airport transfer professionally.

The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

Excellent staff make for a great hotel. From check in to check out, which included plenty of use of all the facilities, our stay was made even better by the people who looked after us.. I will be back for another trip to this beautiful country and location sometime soon. Highly recommended for solos, couples, and families.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausstattung und ist nett eingerichtet. Allerdings waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit, da sie nicht die beste war. Was uns besonders gestört hat, war, dass alle Zimmer bis auf die oberen zwei Zimmer einen Blick auf eine graue Wand hatten, während die oberen Zimmer einen Blick aufs Wasser hatten. Dies wurde nirgendwo in der Beschreibung erwähnt.

The best reception service in my life, I would recommend 10/10. We got help with laundry. Recommendations for exchanging money and sightseeing. They organized two amazing, two day long trips for us. The two receptionists that we met talked well in English. They were polite and friendly. They went extra mile and called different locations and services for us, f.e. reserved tickets to the water pupet theater. The room was clean and spacious. AC worked without any problem. There was always some water and tee in the room. There is a rooftop bar on the 9th floor, but the sound insulation is good. The drinks and snacks was really tasty. Could not ask for more. Location is the best. The hotel is located at the heart of the city, but for some reason, the little street it is in is quite quiet and does not have heavy traffic.

Excellent service - helpful and friendly. The breakfast was something to look forward to! Really Wonderful! Thank you to all staff for helping to make my introduction to Vietnam so wonderful as that was my first stay in Hanoi.
The rooms are cozy, comfy, and spacious—too bad we’re outside most of the time. From here, the local attractions are just about a 10-minute cab ride away.
