We arrived from Hanoi at night, and the hotel was overbooked. They would not pay our taxi fare back to the city, and they didn't even want to offer us a complimentary drink. They kept telling us we had to cancel the booking; otherwise, they would continue to charge us. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Air conditioning worked well.
Pools looked nice, didn’t use because too cold.
Room had glass entrance door.
No balcony/terrace as advertised.
Paint coming off walls.
Damp on walls and ceiling.
Had no feeling.
No cafe/restaurant available after 7pm.
No amenities nearby to get food or drinks.
This could be a very nice resort. Green area. Room was ok.
There were dozens of kids having a camp at the property, so no chance to use the pools and the breakfast felt like school cafeteria overly full of kids.
Air con was too small for the room, but we managed.

Pine restaurant with good food
The staff are very helpful and attentive. We were treated very well. Breakfast and restaurant have fresh and delicious food. The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. Too bad we only stayed a day.
Lovely and clean room with a really comfy bed. The room was next to the pool which overlooks some beautiful nature. We were upgraded rooms for no charge. Nice getaway, would stay again :)
