Gefallen hat uns die Lage. Der Besitzer war so nett und hat und ein anderes Apartment überlassen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist etwas heruntergekommen. Es schaut auf den ersten Blick schön aus aber wenn mann etwas genauer hinschaut kommen Mängel zum Vorschein. Tür zum Bad schließt nicht und ist kaputt. Geräte in der Küche sind kaputt. Toilettendeckel ist kaputt. Kein duschgel vorhanden usw usw

Pros:

Il locale è pulito ed ha una buona posizione per visitare Lecce ed anche un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

I parcheggi, in zona, sono solo a pagamento, non eccessivamente cari, ho pagato 30 euro per 2 giorni, quando sono arrivato il riscaldamento era spento e l'appartamento molto freddo, sarebbe piacevole trovare, almeno, una bottiglia di acqua, che non c'era, in bagno solo sapone liquido per lavarsi le mani, mi sono dovuto andare a comprare un doccia shampoo per lavarmi, c'erano 3 set di asciugamani e eravamo in 4, poi risolto perché il 4 set l'ho trovato fuori in corridoio . Piccole cose che, però, fanno la differenza.

A historical place
Pros:

Excellent location is an amazing historical building.

Cons:

It was a bit cold but that was not the host's fault, early March stone buildings are cold. The air conditioning worked well for heating too. A small espresso machine would make the place PERFECT!

It's a little well-located appartment in Lecce
Pros:

The owner sent us the necessary information to help us to check in ourselves.
We found a parking space on the next street which is not far away from the apartment.
The location of the flat is inside the old town, easy to get to the main touristic sites and restaurants.
The shower is good, water flow is easy to adjust.
There is a little refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

We didn't have a real person to meet us so it was a confuse to find where exact the flat is.
The glass stairs and the glass block of the upstairs floor are wield.
The position of one twin bed upstairs is not very secured.
There were no toiletries which is however mentioned in the provided list on the web booking site.
The WiFi didn't work well. We had to switch to mobile date.

Struttura che si trova in pieno c’è tri attori o facile da raggiungere parcheggi auto vicini. Struttura ben tenuta appartanti molto grande silenzioso moderno a due passi da duomo in zona molto tranquilla. Ampio bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio

La ubicación es excelente, pero tienes que aparcar fuera, el parking te cobra 20€ llegues cuando llegues pero tienes que retirar el coche antes de las 11,00 si no te cobran mas.

Cons:

La cama tiene el colchón muy estropeado, se oye un ruido toda la noches el grupo de presión del edificio esta en el balcón de este piso con lo que cada vez que funciona lo oyes. Creo que tendrían que proteger el ruido cerrando y aislándolo.
