Pros:

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday.
The manager/owner of the property went extra miles, kind, polite and very helpful.

Bon séjour global à Lecce, avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Quelques points à améliorer.
Pros:

Bon emplacement proche du centre de Lecce permettant de garer sa voiture dans la rue. Appartement spacieux et assez confortable ( peu de bruit ), chauffage efficace mais rudimentaire dans la salle de bains . Equipement cuisine un peu juste et surtout de propreté douteuse . Il manque un four à micro ondes, et en fin de séjour une des 2 plaques électriques était inutilisable ( court circuit). Tous les contacts se font sur wathsapp. Néanmoins nous avons passé un bon séjour. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Equipement cuisine un peu juste ( 1 seule casserole en mauvais état, pas de micro ondes, )
Propreté douteuse des équipements cuisine ( casserole, planche à découper, hotte très grasse...)
Panne d'une des 2 plaques électriques en fin de séjour.
Tous les échanges se font sur whatsapp, ce qui peut être un problème, mais notre hôte a été toujours très réactif.

Pros:

Kein Straßenlärm, öffentliches Parken kein Problem, da zwar nah an der Stadt, aber noch weit genug davon weg.
Vermieter reagiert umgehend auf Fragen.

Cons:

Wie schon andere beschrieben haben, hört man das Stühlerücken im Stockwerk darüber doch sehr deutlich. In den 4 Tagen war das aber nicht störend, da es einem normalen Gebrauch entsprach (wäre aber sowieso nicht demVermieter anzulasten). Ansonsten war es wirklich sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm.

Pros:

Чист и практичен малък апартамент. Напълно достатъчен за двама. На кратка разходка до центъра. Много удобно и голямо легло. Чиста и оборудвана кухня и баня. Добра комуникация с персонала.

Cons:

Няма нищо, което да не ни хареса в апартамента. Единствено, че ни беше трудно да намерим наблизо по-голям хранителен магазин.

Me encanto la ubicación, 4 cuadras del centro histórico, supermercado cerca, lugares para comer, el departamento divino, limpio completo, las cama súper cómodas, la amabilidad del anfitrión, Yeni dos bicicletas sin cargo pra utilizar que no tuve la oportunidad x falta de tiempo pero sin duda volvería a elegirlos

En esta tuve que llamarlo al propietario la cafetera de cápsula rebalsaba agua por los cuatro costados no se podía usar y la ducha estaba tapada tuve que yo arreglarla . Lo que me llama a la atención es que los propietarios de todas las propiedades tendrían que inspeccionar todo Uno está pagando Pero lamentablemente no hay control de estas cosas que suceden

Pros:

Posizione comoda se si ha la macchina, le bici per arrivare in centro sono perfette. Supermercati nelle vicinanze e nell’appartamento c’è tutto il necessario. Anche lo spazio all’esterno è comodo per stendere e far colazione.

Cons:

Gli shampoo e bagnoschiuma troppo pochi per due persone, a richiesta ce ne hanno dati di altri.
