I have being here before. Quiet and brilliant housekeeping.
Pros:

Isolated from the airport, peace and quiet.

Cons:

Some construction work is happening, couldn’t get to the place as expected.

The best place for staying while you are stuck in kochi due to flight cancellation.
Pros:

Big rooms , comfortable amenities. Kind and helpful stuff. location very close to airport; beautiful residential area with beautiful houses and kind people. You can have a joyful walk by sunset and sunrise. Good breakfast which changed everyday.

Cons:

Pool area didn't have any chair, they should provide some. Although it was a clean cozy pool in the 7th floor which we enjoyed.
