Pros:

Ідеальне розташування, гарні апартаменти. Приємно знаходитись в середині.

Cons:

У ванній кімнаті запах сирості, було не дуже приємно. Ми самі купили різні пахнючки щоб якось покращити ситуацію.

Pros:

Найбільше сподобалось відповідність ціни та якості житла, а також локація. Адекватна ціна нівелює всі мінуси.
Були перебої зі світлом та гарячою водою, але адміністрація їх оперативно вирішувала.

Cons:

В двоповерховому номері затхлий запах через відсутність адекватної вентиляції та вікон. В обох номерах (малих апартаментах та двоповерхових меблі "а-ля вінтажні", насправді просто дуже старі та трухляві. Проте, ліжка та шафа нормальні, що головне.

Pros:

Місцерозташування топ, все поруч .Колоритний одеський будинок .

Cons:

Матрац на дивані вже зношений і не зручно вже спати ((Був явний пил на меблях .Вайфай не тягнув і ТВ не працювали , але приїхали не для того то в цілому задоволенні .З плюсів була питна вода в коридорі .
