Good stay, would visit again
Pros:

Breakfast was more or less basic and items would run out fairly quickly, although it wasn't very crowded, considering it was September. I liked the staff, very friendly and helpful. Everything was very accesible and child friendly. I would definetely recommend

Cons:

Breakfast and food in general could very much be improved at the property. The edges of the pool where the water was shallow were very very slippery (our kids fell twice and hit their heads, without running). Also, I got two dirty towels in the room (small towels with make up traces on them). The mosquito nets were not fitted for the window frames (a big gap was visible), therefore nets were useless, as mosquitos would roam free in the room

Micul Dejun foarte bun, variat. Locația este superba, plaja foarte frumoasa.

we enjoyed our stay and we will come back for sure!
Pros:

the hotel is clean. the rooms are big. the food is great. they have activities for kids and concert for adults. the staff is friendly. The beach is very well maintained.

Cons:

there are no informational areas. we struggled to understand where we need to check-in. we were not informed that there are 4 hotels which represents in fact the "novum resort".
the program of the restaurants and other activities are not public posted.
an information corner would help a lot!
the margin of the exterior pool is very slippery. a lot of kids fell down...
