Заявленный вариант абсолютно не соответствует реальности. В номерах черная плесень, все сломанное, у зеркала были порезаны провода и торчали из розетки, на что нам ответили it's ok. Диван сломан, шторы сломаны и в плесени. Сервис - 0, персонал предпочитает бежать за едой и есть при тебе, пока ты ждешь решения проблемы с грязным и сломанным номером. Как будто ты к ним домой пришел, а не они на работе. Единственный плюс - приятный район Vinhomes и все.

Die ruhige Lage und das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal waren das große Plus. Mein Transfer zum Fluhafen Hanoi war sehr gut organisiert (Thank you to Minh and his colleague 😊) Das Bett ist bequem, ein Supermarkt ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Ein paar Küchenutensilien haben gefehlt und die Balkonstühle waren kaputt. Auf meine Bitte hin habe ich sofort und ohne Probleme Ersatz bekommen. Danke :)
