Spettacolare
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, soggiorno breve ma intenso. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questo splendido hotel e tra sci, saune e piscina non ci siamo mai annoiati. La Spa è molto grande e curata, la piscina interna collegata con quella esterna riscaldata e con l'idromassaggio. La ristorazione abbondante e impeccabile, dalla colazione alla cena passando per la merenda dopo lo sci. La posizione è fantastica, direttamente sulla pista e a 50 metri dalla cabinovia Croda Rossa.

Great location, very good food (breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner), attractive outside pool, friendly staff!

Great location, food, staff and spa, but some parts of the hotel are really old and need renovating.
Pros:

Perfect location, right on the ski slope. Fantastic food, breakfast, snack and dinner. Very nice spa area.

Cons:

Room could use some serious renovation, everything seems to be at least 20 years old if not older. Lift is ancient and a bit scary to ride in. Hot water in the bathroom is not hot, rather barely warm enough.

Pros:

Il centro benessere è molto bello! Saune top e la cerimonia del vapore veramente bella!

Cons:

Unica pecca la temperatura della piscina esterna che per me era al limite per poter fare il bagno. Qualche grado in più sarebbe stato perfetto!

Comodo per impianti da sci.
Il personale della reception (Sukhi in particolare è molto gentile).

hotel je na krásném místě, má skvělou spa část, moc dobré jídlo v rautové části, krásné prostory

Cons:

Rok od roku má horší služby, jezdím sem pravidelně každou zimu dvakrát, ale na recepci se mne najednou začali ptát, jste tu poprvé? věci jako změna pokoje trvají dva dny a bez úspěchu, ne že by ho neměli, ale že si nejsou schopni zorganizovat, obsluha v restauraci zapomene jaké pivo jste chtěli, minerálku nepřinese, neví co je ham&eggs, stará garda číšníků odešla a noví jsou nezkušení, ale bohužel i bez schopností si poradit, což by člověk v hotelu tohoto typu nečekal, zhoršila se i úroveň servírovaných jídel, kvalita pořád skvělá, ale chuťově šlo dolů, těšila jsem se a najednou musela chuť hledat
