Hotel eccellente, area wellness fantastica, posizione eccezionale con accesso diretto alle piste

il costo degli extra in loco assolutamente spropositato rispetto al supplemento richiesto su Booking verso il trattamento Bed&Breakfast
In loco ci e' stata quotata la mezza pensione a 48€ cadauno (ragazza 13 anni compresa) escluse bevande
(oppure 85€ in caso di cena spot....)
Temperatura acqua della piscina interna ed esterna freddina rispetto alle spa tradizionali, comunque ottima

Soggiorno perfetto! Accoglienti, professionali, gentilissimi e disponibili, tutti dalla reception alla spa alla sala e al bar ( soprattutto Fernando )
Hotel pulito, caldo, stanze spaziose adatte a tutte le esigenze. Colazione, ristorante e merenda super, tanta varietà e tanto gusto, prodotti freschi e di qualità.
Spa bellissima con personale esperto e sempre cordiale, tante saune, piscina meravigliosa.
Bella struttura in una bella location, per posizione e panorama. Tanti servizi. Bravissimi tutti!

Colazione davvero ricca e decisamente soddisfacente

Cons:

La camera, probabilmente perché acquistata da booking, si trovava nel residence e consideratp il prezzo pagato per il pernottamento, non é stata in linea con le aspettative. Mobili vecchi e rovinati, moquette evidentemente datata e usurata, bagno che neanche in un 3 stelle avremmo trovato.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto, soggiorno breve ma intenso. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questo splendido hotel e tra sci, saune e piscina non ci siamo mai annoiati. La Spa è molto grande e curata, la piscina interna collegata con quella esterna riscaldata e con l'idromassaggio. La ristorazione abbondante e impeccabile, dalla colazione alla cena passando per la merenda dopo lo sci. La posizione è fantastica, direttamente sulla pista e a 50 metri dalla cabinovia Croda Rossa.
