הכל אהבנו, יש מרחק של כ 950 מטר למעלית הסקי , כל עוד המזג אוויר נוח כמו שהיה לנו זה לא מפריע אך בשלג או גשם זה יכול לניות עניין

Pros:

Breakfast was really great. Staff were all very friendly. Property has washing machine too (required to pay). Location was great, it was very near to the bus stop. Property also provided free bus card. Will definitely stay again once I am back in dolomites.

Beautiful location woth great views and amazing service
Pros:

Everything. Staff, location/view, facilities and breakfast were all great. The service especially was worth it. Staff were communicative, and we received 5 star service while we were there.

It was warming well mantain, and great location, silent, kid friendly great view, and a amazing staff

Cons:

The apartment, although very comfortable and pleasant, has a slightly unusual layout due to a corridor that connects the bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The smaller bedroom is quite compact, but still cozy and functional.

In our opinion, the space could work even better as a large open living area with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a very spacious living room using the excellent sofa bed they provide. The same concept could also be applied to the superior apartment, with a more open layout and without a separate kitchen.

That said, none of this affected our stay. It is simply a design detail in a property that is clearly being modernized over time, and overall the experience was very positive.

Our stay at Erika was a great success, mainly thanks to the warm welcome from the owners and the family team who have been taking care of the property for many years. We loved the breakfast and all the facilities—everything was very clean, comfortable, and truly welcoming.

Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub 🫶

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt – die Residence Erika war sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll geführt. Der Service war herzlich und aufmerksam. Auf unsere Bitte, zum Geburtstag unserer Tochter etwas Kleines zu arrangieren, wurde liebevoll eingegangen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Fabulous week at Residence Erika!
Pros:

What was not to like? The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was just a minute walk from the Seis bus station, where buses are available to the entire Südtirol area. Breakfast choices were numerous. Staying for a week, we enjoyed having a kitchen where we could prepare some meals. When we didn't want to cook or needed groceries, the town center was perhaps a five minute walk away, with restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet, schöner Blick auf den Schlern

Cons:

Frühstück hätte im Verhältnis zum Preis abwechslungsreicher sein können, immer gleiche Wurst und Käse, frische Tomaten oder Radieschen sehr knapp bemessen
