Pros:

Looks better in pictures than in reality. Beds are comfortable, the receptionist is kind.
Neighborhood is in a new part of the city.
You can safely park the car in front of the hotel.
Breakfast is very good, you can choose from the menu an option.

Cons:

Doors inside the apartment can't be closed, handle is forced and broken.
Air conditioning barely works.
TV not working.
Kitchen equipment missing, nothing available for cooking.
