Locatie accesibila pentru tranzit sau pentru vizitat Sofia.
Pros:

Apartamentele se afla intr-un bloc amplasat la strada, unde exista multe magazine, supermarchet-uri, locuri unde poti manca (conform poze). Exista parcare subterana contra cost, ceea ce constituie un mare avantaj.

Cons:

Am mai inchiriat 3 apartamente in 2022, cand totul era nou si stralucea de curatenie. Arunci ni s-a oferit cafea, apa pentru prima zi de sedere. Acum am gasit aceleasi lenjerii care sunt uzate si ar trebui inlocuite. Fotoliile, canapelele sunt foarte patate. Curatenia este indoielnica: dulapurile de bucatarie si vasele erau murdare, in baie nu era foarte curat, atat frigiderul cat si sertarele dulapurilor nu erau igienizate, terasele erau prafuite, neingrijite. In bucatarie erau diverse produse , resturi probabil de la alti turisti care ar fi trebuit aruncate. Nici blocul nu este foarte îngrijit: era murdar in lift, pe holuri, spațiile exterioare nu erau amenajate. Daca s-ar acorda mai multa atenție curățeniei si ar fi inlocuite lenjeriile, locatia ar fi perfecta. Unul dintre apartamente este amplasat vis-a-vis de un bloc in constructie si era foarte multa galagie intreaga zi.

Раніше в квартирі були шампунь,гель для душу , кава або чай як невеличкий комплімент ,але зараз того вже немає

Добро разположение, налично парко място в подземен гараж. Има оборудвана кухня с всичко необходимо.

Cons:

Traces de mues de punaises de lit dans un coin du matelas où il y avait un trou dans le matelas.
Nous n'avons donc pas dormi dans le logement.
Après en avoir informé le propriétaire, un message disant qu'il va regarder puis plus rien.
