Great ski in ski out location, good budget accommodation outside of town.
Pros:

The property was big for 3. Shuttles was great but wished it had run for longer or into the evening. Fridge was new and kept things cold.

Cons:

The beds could have been more comfy, no one got a non broken sleep. There also could be a couple of beds down stairs as there is room. The apartment was a bit tired and needed a refresh. Seems that some of the wooden frames are very loose and may need replacing. Spa booking for hot tub was a bit of an issue and felt like we were excluded as only 3 people.

Pros:

Pk a sota ledifici. Pista de esqui a prop(caminant 5 min). Llençols prou nous. Cuxineres i matalassos molt correctes. Tovalloles tambe bé.

Cons:

Guarda esquis inservible e insegur.
Bastant brut i mala olor a l arribada. Mobles vells. Pocs utils a la cuina. Molta calor sense possibilitat de regularla.

Cons:

reception aperta solo due ore, camera “in upgrade” quadrupla minuscola.. il letto matrimoniale sarebbe un divano letto e gli altri due in un letto a castello incassato in un angolo claustrofobico. il bagno perdeva acqua da un tubo e abbiamo tenuto il secchio tutti i giorni per tamponare, difficile far presente il problema vista la reception aperta solo dalle 17 alle 19.

Near ski slopes
Pros:

Spacious accommodation. Warm and near ski slope number 3.

Cons:

Difficult to find. On google maps search for Comunione Cervinia, otherwise you end up somewhere else. At arrival we had troubles finding the place and we could not reach anybody by phone. Also check-in is until 19:30. No water cattle and the balcony was full of snow (also covering the view) so we could not go outside or enjoy the view.

Buona la posizione per sciare e per il panorama. Ottimo il parcheggio coperto al piano e la gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

La pulizia purtroppo è davvero pessima. Ho trovato polvere, peli e capelli altrui nel letto. Non c'è un topper che separa lenzuola e coprimaterasso e questo fa si che ti ritrovi tutto nel letto. Ho dovuto usare le mie lenzuola sopra. Non è una questione di estetica, ma di igiene da migliorare decisamente! Briciole in cucina e per terra, polvere agli angoli. Bagno da migliorare.

ווי. פי חלש, אין תנור אפייה, מים חמים לא הספיקו ל 5 אנשים למקלחות והדוד לא דלק חלק גדול מהיום. הלוקר לציוד סקי לא הספיק ל 5.

Lots of storage space and warbrobe space
Good supply of hot and powerful water

Cons:

Very small but expected due to the price. Bunk beds not suitable for adults, ladder but was not safe. Kettle and toaster not in room, needed to ask at reception and we got the last one. Kettle kept tripping out the power when being used. Self catering but no oven and microwave was not a combi. It’s didn’t state it had an oven.
Ski locker could just about hold 4 sets of skis but was 5 in our room. Door to locker was bent, didn’t leave our own skis in there due to the security. Door to the ski room area didn’t work and got locked in, had to call reception to get us out, it wasn’t fixed but a weight put down so it didn’t shut.
Reception not open all day so on arrival at 1pm, had to wait till 4.30 to speak to someone.
Bus shuttle times only 9.30-10.30 or 3.30 to 4.30, not convenient times if you wanted 1st lifts or after the after lifts shut at 5pm. Wasn’t available 1st day as no fuel!
Every door when closed and any chair moved in another neighbouring apartment could be heard at all times of the day!
Spa use needed to be booked in advance so if you wasn’t sure of your plans meant it was then booked at end of day.

Pros:

The apartment was larger than expected and the property had good facilities.
It was pretty easy to get on and off the mountain without a car. A short walk from the property provides access to the trail.

Pobyt był cudowny. Z hotelu jestem bardzo zadowolona.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja. Ciepło w pokojach , czysto. Narciarnia do dyspozycji . Garaż podziemny .

Cons:

Trochę trudno połapać się korytarzach hotelu .
Stara infrastruktura np niedające się zamknąć drzwi do łazienki .
