No complaints, got the conditional deposit back instantly and checked out with ease. Will rent again once back in the area. Highly recommended.

The location

Underground parking is very inconvenient. Too narrow aisles and very narrow parking slots. If you have a large car such as a jeep, you may not be able to drive or park in some places. You need to be a super driver to drive into and out of a parking space. It takes a lot of time to park. To get to the parking lot, you need to wait for someone from the staff to come down and start you up. Same story on check out. A bunch of locks, doors inside the parking lot. You drive in, you go to level -5, then before level 5, there is another lattice door, which is locked, you need to open it, drive in, then try to squeeze into a narrow parking space. After that, go through the labyrinth of a bunch of additional corridors, get to the office, where you sign a lease agreement, pay a deposit of 70 Lev for a bunch of keys. When leaving, these 70 Levs are returned. The check-in takes about 1 hour - it's just incredibly too too long. Check-in process is too complicated. Everything needs to be simplified and done for the convenience of people. I am a frequent traveler and I have never come across such loooong check-in to the apartment.
As they say it’s done for the security. But honestly - guys your most apartments are on the ground floor and there’s no any fences or whatever around the building. Balconies are just on the ground and anybody can hop into the balcony. So, it would be impossible to sleep with the open balcony door at night if you would wish to.

But for those who are going to rent these apartments - you need to know that most of the studio apartments are mostly on the ground floor. And they are not safe at all because the balconies are very low and anyone can jump in easily. These studios are very tiny - we tried one studio after 2 days of stay in the apartment with 1 bedroom on the upper floor. These studio 21 was very very tiny. It would suit for 1 person to stay. If there are 2 of you - it is not comfortable.

The pictures of the studio apartment is not depicting how small it is. Sofa bad is not very comfortable. Tv is located way up high and not comfortable to watch.

It takes a lot of time to reach the room from the underground parking. It is a quite a walk from Varna sea garden and downtown.

I will start with the location entrance which is hard to find, the fact that the staff doesn’t speak English, I will also mention that you receive many keys to get into the building (about 6 keys) and you have the feeling you are in a prison. The check in process last very much, about 45 minutes and the staff requests a deposit of 50 leva that they don’t mention anywhere and you can only pay cash, if you don’t have cash you must find an ATM otherwise they don’t give you the keys and this will take away of your time vacation another 40 minutes.
The advertising of the rooms is misleading, I thought I booked an apartment from the pictures posted in the description and the name of the room “apartment” and in fact I received a studio at -1 floor (semibasement) with a view of a wall in front (horror). The studio is only 18-20 metres and has a lot of furniture and it makes it almost impossible for 2 people to get around the room.
They are misleading their clients and make it impossible to leave; we requested our money back and wanted to leave and they said we are free to go however we won’t receive our money back.
