The location was fab, great view of the sea. I just feel mis-lead about the parking. It says before you book that it has parking but it’s not until you receive the confirmation e-mail that it states there is no parking available at the property. Most nearby car parks are two hour stay only.
The room has a lovely big bath and shower.
Please be aware there is no TV. The noise from the room above is quite loud if there are kids running around and dogs. It was spotlessly clean.
I was offered a compensation gesture for my complaint about the parking issue but as I didn’t see the email in time, I missed out - I only had 3 days to reply unfortunately.
Overall, nice big room and good location with lots of restaurants to choose from nearby.

The photos when I booked showed the top floor flat, it didn’t say I was going to be on the bottom floor with a different view, there was a family staying in the above flat and the footsteps and banging from above was so loud, not because of the family above but because of the sound proofing. It was really loud and distracting, not pleasant.

Fab location, sun lounge amazing for gazing out to sea or waking up to the view. Perfect place if you are an all year swimmer as well. Very comfortable indeed. Well equipped and functional kitchen. Housekeeping leave supplies to sick tea etc. no coffee maker though if you are a real coffee drinker!
No coffee maker but brought my own stove top espresso maker because generally rentals in this country seem to be pretty bad at catering for coffee drinkers

Be careful what you're booking!! We booked the ground floor room and the advert - plus all my confirmation emails - stated there was parking with this booking but when we checked in there was none and I was told it was an error. To be fair, I was reimbursed half the cost but we then had to organise parking.
Also there was no hairdryer when it was advertised as providing one. The photos also don't all refer to the ground floor.
Shame, as its a lovely venue but I have to say the ad needs amending on here to be accurate
We had a lovely stay, the location was perfect and right on the beach. Facilities were good, nice big bedroom with lovely view and lots of space and had most of what we needed. Would recommend as a whole.
The place was clean except what looked like an infestation in the bathroom of small flies. When we woke up in the morning there was hundreds of dead and living little flies around the sink, in the bath and in the shower. I also wouldn’t recommend this to someone looking for a quiet stay, you could really hear everything from the people staying above us, however it wasn’t too much of a problem for us.
