It was perfect right on the seafront
Nothing
Location was fantastic . It was clean comfortable and well equipped .
The stairs up and down were quite hard for us older persons but didnt detracts from a unique location
Warm and well furnished, with comfy bed and functional bathroom. The shower was good intensity and temperature. The view is fabulous and basic kitchen equipment is provided. Easy walk to various bars and restaurants in town and along the seafront. Parking right outside.
The ladder up to the bedroom is a bit precarious but equally fun. The bathroom is adequate (a bit tired looking) but could do with a surface to put toiletries on. An addition of a sink in the kitchen would be fantastic.
amazing location. Waking up and looking out to the beautiful coastline. Everything in the fisherman’s hut was perfect it was immaculately clean, comfortable and all the extras you need. We only stayed for 1 night but wish we had booked longer. Will definitely be back. We stayed in hut No 8 which is also dog friendly
so our little porch could come with us too.
Lovely accommodation on the beach at Whitstable. Small but perfectly formed and very clean.
The steep steps up to the upper bedroom won’t suit those with young children and we missed the lounge/ kitchen we’ve had in other of these huts, but for our one night stay it was absolutely perfect.
One small point- all huts should have doormats to stop the beach coming in to the accommodation :-).
The hut was very well heated. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite was clean, and the shower worked well. The view out of the upstairs window was great - lots of boats, sea and sky.
Sparse furnishing downstairs.
All of it! Location was great, spotless
Amazing location, clean, spacious and superb views. Great facilities and lovely to have a midday housekeeping visit. Peaceful at night.
Pillows! Literally the only minor gripe I have is the pillows were so hard. The bed and linen were so cosy but the pillows were rock solid. A pity as did affect sleep.
Absolutely gorgeous property. Very clean and just so lovely. A great break away. Lovely to hear the sea and loved the red sofa. Wonderful to be right by the town and the sea to have a walk and go and enjoy something to eat in town. A perfect break away.
Nothing
Kitchen facilities much improved from our last visit where utensils were limited and no glasses were available
The mattress was uncomfortable for more than a night or two and needs to be replaced. It felt like sleeping on uncovered springs
The position and view are exceptional
Tired decor . Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and the bedding poor quality. Thin quilt and lumpy pillows
It’s very small and cosy like a lovely little micro home!
Nothing really! It was a perfect location and lovely space to be in!
Lovely and warm beach hut.
Staircases are narrow and difficult if you struggle with mobility.
We enjoyed our stay and it was clean . Local to the shops and beach . It was warm and comfortable.
I didn't like that it was the same price as a beach facing hut. It was smaller . The complement of tea and coffee was a bit short. No sockets in the bedroom and no lamps. If I hadn't stayed in beach hut 6 the month before I wouldn't have known any better. But was disappointed that hut 7 was the same price and was lacking a few facilities.
