Location
The very firm mattress
Lovely location right next to the beach and a bar.
Walls are very thin and there was draft coming through the room. In March it was pretty cold in there
Location is great. Hut was very clean and comfortable
Location. Cleanliness. Warmth. Unique accommodation.
Banged my head on low ceilings on numerous occasions.
Great location with handy parking and a fun experience to stay in unique accommodation
Furnishings a bit basic - understandable if sandy/wet people coming in & out but could be a little nicer for the price
Fabulous location on the beach and super close to pubs, restaurants and shops.. Some reviews mention low ceilings and steep stairs, but we assumed this would be the case in a hut so it didn't bother us - in fact, it added to the charm. Perfect for a short stay.
It was a little warm at night, but not enough of an issue to take off a mark.
Nice and clean great location
Not being able to wash dishes etc , no running water down stairs
Stairs very steep
Parking spaces very small difficult to park larger car
Great location, interesting & quirky huts. Brilliant conversions from fisherman’s huts.
Nothing really. The only thing I would like to comment on is that booking via Booking.com it was not clear which hut was being booked. I would have been really disappointed if we’d arrived to find we had a hut that was not facing the sea. Also if we’d had a hut with out social seating downstairs. Bit more transparency required please on booking.
Location was excellent. Accomodation was quirky and charming
All good
Super cute experience!
Location and unique experience
Location, quaint atmosphere . Loved walking out the door to the Forge for fish and chips
It was great
Location was excellent. Very clean, bright and airy. On sight parking an added bonus. Juice and water in fridge.
The shower was tiny. Our hut was for 4 people but glad there was only 2 of us. Had to buy water to fill kettle .
Great location right on beach next to the Forge, serving oysters! Great facilities and cute accommodation.
Not very soundproofed- but they are old fisherman’s huts so to be expected. It’s clearly explained on the information as well.
Very cute hut, excellent location right on the harbour overlooking the beach. Well equipped, we loved the deckchairs, we sat outside with our tea and enjoyed the sunshine.
Bed was very comfortable
Not a dislike but just be aware that the bathroom is up very steep stairs which may not be suitable for everyone
Location is great. Apartment characterful and spotlessly clean.
Clever design of interior space which is very limited.
Description is clear that hut is very small but my husband who is 6' 1" could not stand completely upright without head touching ceiling.
Stairs are more like a ladder to upper floor where bathroom & main bedroom located.
It's all very quaint but not too practical for tall people.
The location and the view - wow
No sink and the stairs are very steep
Great location and thoughtful decor.
A small sink in the 'breakfast' area would have been helpful. It was tricky to fill the kettle up when the only water source is up a steep flight of stairs.
