The smell in the corridor and outside the room was awful. I didn't like the route up to the room it felt dark and a bit scary. Also it was very hard to find.
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful , immediate response from the team when I had trouble with the door code . Brilliant little room for us backpackers.
Only thing to note if it matters to you, very close to the road so slighty noisy falling asleep , smells heavily of smoke in the corridors .
The Rooms are directly across from the station and a short walk from the town centre. Everything was exactly as described. Although the entrance and stairway look far from promising, my room was light, bright, clean and comfortable. The lock pad check in was easy, the shower was excellent and I got a really good night’s sleep.
The place wasn’t cheap for what you get.

Uh bath mat was soled when got in the room not cleaned well not easy to get Anyting delivered very basic appliances and cheap
I went for the location and wasn't expecting much, a room above fast food/shop but I was very pleasantly surprised. On a road with traffic lights outside but it was quiet. I had a good sleep. I'd stay there again
Nothing not to like
A nice, clean, and comfortable room with complimentary bottles of water, tea, and coffee, plus a private bathroom. I really enjoyed staying there. The location is excellent — very close to the train station and just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre.
I stayed over the weekend, and there’s a bar/pub on the corner, so I could hear people chatting late at night. It might be a good idea to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The property was very clean and had a comfotable bed. Facilities such as ironing board, safe and hair dryer good.
It is located above a kebab shop. I stayed on a Saturday evening. The noise level was off the scale and went on until 4:30am. Road noisy and loud voices and slamming doors. People going past my room and noise from people in room above. I was a solo female traveller and I felt really unsafe. As a consequence I had barely any sleep. I was actually terrified - not a nice feeling. In my opinion due to its location it should not be let out to paying guests.

The room itself is fantastic, nice & warm with decent towels & linen. A Dyson fan which was appreciated & good tea & coffee bits. The bathroom was lovely and decent shower & toiletries provided. Hairdryer, fridge, iron, phone chargers it had everything you need! Great location too which cheap parking at the train station.
The only downside was the noise from the customers of the kebab house downstairs. We stayed over a weekend so got woken up both nights. Its a shame as apart from that everything was perfect.

Situated above a fast food outlet. So noise outside until very late. Didn't get much sleep. Would not recommend it at all.
Location to centre , complimentary water, fridge , safe.
The noise of the takeaway below for hours, the doors banging , the traffic constant. The entrance door to the rooms left open unsafe. Stank of smoke in the hall ways.
The mattress was memory foam and it felt sunken and uncomfortable.
Nice touches included decent size mugs and good tea bags, plates and cutlery, towelling dressing gowns and phone charging leads.
