Great value for money
Pros:

The property has a great location! Very close to the piste and the centre of Arabba. Everything is well-organised and very clean. The apartment also offers a great sauna and hot tub where you can relax after a day of skiing. Would definitely come back!

Pros:

Everything! Just a few steps away from the slope, easy to reach both Sellaronda green or orange routes and Marmolada, location itself is well decorated, spotlessly clean and welcoming right from the reception area (snacks, sweets and a machine for hot chocolate, highly apreciated by the kids 😃). Room was cosy, very clean, had all utilities needed for a comfortable stay. A small spa with massage chairs, jacuzzi, saunas - we used every single day. The personnel: smiling, helpful and just amazing!

Cons:

WiFi was slow but we didn’t care too much 😁

Pros:

The accommodation was lovely clean obviously very newly built or refurbished. The Solden room is located on the ground floor and everything is conveniently accessible. Hassle-free parking in front of the house. We were able to store our bikes in the lovely spacious garage (with slightly less access via steep steps). The location was also great, quiet yet only about 100m from the main avenue in Arraba. Overall, I can definitely recommend the Aspen residence.

Cons:

Weaker wifi. Noisy workers on the opposite site were quite restrictive to our sleep.

Pros:

Mi-au placut toate facilitatile ,inclusiv Centru Spa ,dar si pozitionarea foarte apropiata de Centrul localității Arabba .

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut programul extrem de rigid ,al centrului Spa . Este foarte dificil sa beneficiezi de aceasta facilitate pe un program foarte rigid ,intre orele 04.00-07.00 PM .
Grupul nostru de 14 persoane,a ocupat 5 apartamente,dar veneam de pe munte ,de la tura de biciclete ,MTB SellaRonda ,aproximativ la orele 07.00 PM ,si nu am reusit sa beneficiem de Saune si Jacuzzi, decat 1/2 ora ,intr-o singura seara.
Ar trebui corelat programul Centrului Spa ,cu cererile grupurilor de turisti ,sau schimbat direct ,pe un alt orar ,mai flexibil.
In rest ,totul a fost foarte placut si frumos!

An excellent accommodation definitely in the summer, but perhaps even more so in the winter.
Pros:

The rooms are tastefully decorated in a modern style, but this is true of the entire house. The wellness facilities and cleanliness are also noteworthy. The staff was kind, helpful and most importantly, smiling.

Cons:

It wasn't like that.
