Important information:

Please note that in case that you do not agree with any of this conditions than you can cancel your reservation free-of-charge within 2 hours from reservation. later not. In case of last minute reservation (less than 24 hours to check in) the free cancelation is available for 1 hour only. In winter (from September) we switch on the gaz heating if needed. we always charge an extra (!) utilities fee based on the yards reading at check in/out. In case of renting multiple rooms, the security deposit is 100euro/room. For long-term stays, the deposit is 200euro per room. We can accommodate up to 21 people in total in our 2 apartments. washing/drying is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. late check in/out, IF AVAILABLE, cost extra each started hour!This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Cons:

He charged me for utilities based on one meter for each utility for 9 rooms by dividing. So basically we payed 57000 forints extra for sleeping place only
