We only had one key for each room which when people go back at different times is a bit of a problem we did ask the security bloke for another key but he didn’t understand a word we said

Apartament călduros cu tot ce aveai nevoie, TV satelit, bucătărie dotata, baie mare cu cada, calorifer și boiler. Paturi confortabile..Foarte aproape de gondola.

Location. The Downtown apartments are in an ideal location. 3 min walk from the Gonola station and 4 min from the Banso centre with bars, clubs, restaurants etc. Close enough to be handy far enough to be quiet. It also has a supermarket on site. Very handy. The accommodation is very spacious compared to others and a real bonus. The sofa and beds are very comfortable the bedding and towels were clean and plentiful.
The general apartment (except for the bedding and towels) was quite dirty. The cupboards has open packs of crisps and biscuits. The bins were full of rubbish, under the beds had clearly not been cleaned . While the kitchen has a good range of utensils and plates etc they were dirty and needed washing before use. The carpets were heavily stained and the apartment ovrrall showed a lack of maintenance with the shower door coming off its runners. Felt like the apartment had lacked some TLC and attention for some time.
No parking available…fridge and air conditioning unit in living room broken…both bathrooms filthy and dirty and water on the floor…staff rude and unable to communicate with..they asked me to pay extra for the second access key card ( I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment and 4 people…I should have at least 2 key cards included)etc

השבילים מסוכנים מלאים קרח ואף אחד לא דואג לסדר אותם לשים מלח גס וכאלה כמו כל מקום בעולם(נפל לנו אישה מבוגרת שברה כתף והממשך מובן) היה נזילה של מים בשירותים באו לסדר ולמרות הכל המשיך הנזילה!!! אבל הדבר הכי דפוק זה הכרטיס שהוא מפתח לכניסה ולחדרים כל פעם שנוגע בהם פלאפון המפתח מפסיק לעבוד סרט לא נעים שאתה חוזר באמצע הלילה

The whole complex is OK. Just be careful with what you book because you don't get what is on the foto's.
I booked an apartment with balcony, shower and bath but I get an apartment at the top floor without balcony and just a bath.
We tried to communicate with the host but the solution that was offered was just the money back and leave . Not an option for us.
Is a pity that is not giving you the confirmation from the time you pay, which apartment you will get exactly. You book and is just a gamble with what you will get. Just buy the cheapest one because you don't get what you book.
The beds are very hard.
The boiler for the hot water is to small for 4 people to shower and you have to wait a lot to get hot water again.
The cleaning of the apartment was OK.
No private parking, you have to find a place on the street.

Cozy, quite appartment in big complex with everything you need. Supermarket right in complex. Short walking distance to gondola, 10min by foot.
The kitchen and living area are nice for hanging out with the group of friends
The entire place was very dirty, it did not look like it was ever properly cleaned.
We found a pair of dirty socks in one bathroom, both bathrooms were leaking water and you could never go inside without getting your socks wet.
The wifi did not work at all while we stayed there.
I got stuck in the elevator (lucky the emergency guys managed to get me out in less than 30 minutes) and the elevator remained 'Out of service' for the remaining 2 days of our stay.
They mention in the description that there is 'Free parking' at the location, but I send a message to the owner via booking to tell me where we should park and I never got a response (not even today). There is paid parking in front of the apartment complex for which we misunderstood the rules and got one of the cars clamped and fined.
Ideal location, close to the gondola, supermarkets, ski rentals, and restaurants. The apartment block is very nice, with a beautiful garden, and the apartments are spacious. The staff answer promptly, but you need to contact them via Booking.
The staff are very helpful in case of any problems, but a reception would be a great improvement. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so my opinion on this might not be relevant, but I would raise the hygiene to a new level by devoting more attention to detail. The bed linen and towels were spotless, though.
