Für einen Winter-Silvester-Besuch auf Borkum war das für unsere kleine Familie genau richtig!
Pros:

Schöne autarke Ferienwohnung inmitten der City von Borkum.
Betten sind allesamt gut! Dusche wunderbar, Heizung, Herd und Kühlschrank funktionieren einwandfrei.

Ein Appartment, total schlecht möbliert!!
Alte abgenutze, zum Teil zusammengeschusterte Möbel, Stühle +Esstisch. Abgewohntes Ledersofa. Fleckiger Stoffsessel.
Schlechte Matratzen...
Zusammengesucht Gläser....
Einzig die kleine Küchenzeile, sowie die Plissees waren neu und ok.
2. Schlafzimmer sehr klein, 260x265, kein Schrank, oder Kommode. Kleiderhaken an der Wand. Durchgang zum Bad sehr eng, da Bett 165 breit.

Schlafzimmer 400x300, Bett+Kleiderschrank+Haken an der Wand. Das Zimmer roch stark muffig.Unangenehm!!!
Im Eingangsbereich (Flur)/Rezeption war ein sehr starker muffiger Geruch!!
Diese Wohnung entsprach nicht annähernd unseren Erwartungen. Laut Prospekt wurden renovierte und gemütliche Apartments angeboten.Keine Fotos dieser Wohnung im Prospekt.
Aus meinem Koffer ist ein Geldbetrag von ca. 150€ verschwunden........
Diese Wohnung zu einem Preis von 155 € pro Nacht ist äußerst übertrieben...
Pech auf der ganzen Linie.

Leider ist mir auf der Heimreise mein Handy runtergefallen, komplett defekt...Keine Fotos!!!

Hört sich nicht gut an, mein Bericht. Doch leider so erlebt.

Nach unserem kurzen einwöchigen Urlaub das Fazit: zu kurz, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schön zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment in dem uns an nichts fehlte. Dazu die Alternative, sich selbst zu versorgen, oder ein vielseitiges, leckeres Frühstück im Wintergarten genießen.👍👍👍

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Außer, das wir nur fünf Tage Zeit hatten, das Ambiente zu nutzen und zu genießen. 😩

Charmant und liebevoll!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, bzw. Chefin. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade auf eine größere Wohnung bekommen. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, aber unglaublich charmant und liebevoll gestaltet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder – vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Einfach nur toll.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Alles ist unheimlich liebevoll, geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: ruhig und dennoch mitten im schönen Ortskern. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.
