Pros:

Беше изключително чисто и уютно. Наистина су чувстваш като удома. Ние имаме две деца и те не искаха да си тръгват от там. В комбинация с включеното СПА апартамента е наистина истинско попадение. Със сигурност ще го посетим отново при първа възможност.

Апартамента е топ има всичко необходимо за вашият престой.Най-много ми хареса,че имаше кафе машина и капсули ,за тези които стават рано е много удобно.

Cons:

Искахме да си заплатим две вечери в ресторанта, на рецепция ни поискаха 200лв.за двамата,а домакина ни беше написал по 60лв.на човек.Втората вечер искахме да влезнем на свободна консумация,категорично ни отказаха,нямало места ,имаше вечер с народни изпълнители.Но нали сме в Банско,механи колкото искаш.

Pros:

Не за първи път съм гост на Free SPA в Св. Иван Рилски - Сладък дом сред лукс и мисля, че това е достатъчно като оценка на мястото. Хубав, чист, просторен апартамент с всичко необходимо.

Cons:

Не сме имали проблеми с ползването на Спа, но само като информация искам да кажа, че при настаняването не получихме карта, а при напускането я поискаха на рецепция.

Pros:

Spacious apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The apartment was clean, robes and a towel for the spa area were provided. The apartment is on the second floor, the building has an elevator. The spa area is clean and varied.

Cons:

1. There is no air conditioning in this apartment and this was the main problem when it is 38 degrees outside, it is impossible to stay in the apartment during the day. Moreover, there is something being built next to the hotel and it is impossible to open the windows because noise and dust gets into the apartment. At night, we could not open the windows because there are no screens and mosquitoes and other creatures fly in. After the steam room in the SPA, the steam room continued in the apartment. Yes, a fan was provided but it was of no use.
2. An uncomfortable bed in the living room - a wooden beam inside the bed creates problems for sleeping. The children who slept on this fold-out sofa did not get enough sleep and woke up with back pain.

Nice, not more than that
Pros:

Nice, good value for money

Cons:

1. The swimming pools were too small for swimming
2. The bath height was too high and not safe
3. Apartment maintenance was not perfect (some lights were not working, laundry drying stand was broken)
4. The kitchen was not well equipped
5. There is a big cellular antenna in front of the apartment (on the main hotel building roof) which can increase the radio energy irradiation exposure of the residences.
