友人と集まり気軽に楽しめるとても良い部屋
Pros:

ペットOKの部屋で探していて、部屋もキレイで友人を呼んで一緒に部屋で食事ができたり、リビングと2ベッドルームあるのがとても良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターが無いので4階を何往復もするのがキツかった。次は下の部屋を借りたいと思います。

Beds not comfortable and too hard
Towels supplied were very small and not replaced over 6 nights.
Very tired and in need of a facelift.

The property was clean and very comfy. The property was well located, walking distance to the Main Street in Echoland and The Big Supermarket.

Cons:

If we had our time over again, we would have hired a car.

Convenient location and spacious rooms
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the Hakuba Inn Bloom! Once we arrived at Hakuba station (bus drop off from Nagano) the staff at the Bloom were there to pick us up for a complimentary transfer to the hotel. PERFECT location....a short walk from Echoland, but far enough away so not too noisy. Also, just down the road there is a free shuttle bus to Goryu, 47 etc. For the other resorts, you simply walk up to Echoland and hop on the bigger buses which take you to the other resorts (included in the lift ticket cost). The BIG supermarket is about 15 minutes walk, easily doable.
For the room...we loved it! Is it the fanciest apartment ever? No, but the bedrooms were huge, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, thats all you need. My family and I loved it, and we will be staying here again next time we visit Hakuba.

Had a wonderful time made better by kind and helpful staff and a great hotel.
Pros:

Location was great for the free buses. The staff are really nice especially Kaylee. Having the food take away in the building was really handy as it was difficult getting restaurant tables without having a reservation. Kaylee ran us down to the supermarket so we could fill up with snacks and drinks. Would recommend the Hakuba Inn Bloom to family and friends.

Cons:

We were on the 4th floor and no lift.

Lovely and helpful staff kind enough to give us lifts to station and grocery store. Good kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment

We struggled with access to the hills. The shuttle stop was a good walk with our gear and the shuttle never showed up so it was a long walk to the ski hill.

Practical and spacious accommodation in Echoland with super friendly and helpful English (and Japanese!) speaking staff.
Pros:

The staff were amazing - jasmine is exceptional and super helpful. Having a wonderful - great value / high quality takeaway offering (Jasmine) with room service offering was so handy after a long day skiing! Pork Katsu curry was our favourite. Proximity to the Goryu/Iimori shuttle is excellent.

Cons:

Using some of the appliances was a tad confusing but the amazing staff sprung into action to explain what to do.
