Pros:

Lo mejor la excelente ubicación para ver Lisboa sin coger el coche para nada, a diez minutos del centro andando.
El personal muy amable, ayudando en todo. El hotel decorado con mucho gusto y las habitaciones preciosas, con todo lo necesario para hacer las comidas si se quiere. Plaza de garaje incluida en el precio y una zona con piscina que los niños disfrutaron a tope. Todo un acierto y para repetir en próximas ocasiones.

Cons:

Por decir algo, la tapa del WC se nos desmontó, pero sin más.
Y el colchón de la cama de matrimonio un poco duro para nuestro gusto y el sofá cama, pues como en todos los hoteles, no muy cómodo pero bueno.

Cons:

No estaba adecuado para lo que venden, reservamos allí para poder comer de noche porque viajamos con nuestro hijo pequeño, pero la cocina no tenía servilletas ni un trapo… es como si no hubieran pensado en las cosas mínimas para poder usar las instalaciones, pagamos 610 euros por dos noches! Además hace frío de noche… no es práctico en ningún aspecto

Pros:

Son encantadores todos los trabajadores. Orlando nos atendió el primer día fenomenal. Dejamos el coche en el garaje, el cual está muy bien) y la habitación era muy espaciosa. Da gusto.
Además, aprovechamos la piscina que tienen.
No os puedo decir nada malo, son maravillosos y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Big and spacious apartment with a lot of facilities inside.
Excellent location, few minutes away from Rossio station and very close to Baixa, Bairro Alto and Alfama.

Cons:

The mattress was a little on the firm side for our taste.
Would have been nice to find a vanity kit inside the bathroom.

Great Location for Concerts at Coliseu de Lisboa.
Pros:

The location was great! We attended a concert at Coliseu de Lisboa and it was a 3 minute walk. The room was clean, kitchen good enough and bathroom was very nice.

Cons:

The bed was too hard for us. The chairs to sit in the living area were very uncomfortable.
