Perfectly pleasant stay with helpful and engaging staff
Pros:

Good location. Staff were really helpful. Main bed comfortable. Main bedroom quite quiet. Aircon worked well.
Very clean.
Nice but busy garden.

Cons:

Pool was very small. Expensive for what is was.
Sofa bed not particularly comfortable.
Kitchen good but only a small table for breakfast. Chairs uncomfortable.
No lock on bathroom door (this seems to be a common theme in Portugal)

Pros:

La habitación era súper enorme, estuvimos 3 personas super cómodas cama limpias y cómodas todo lo necesario si querías cocinar. El personal me ayudó en todo. Me subieron maletas , explicaron todo se preocuparon de salir a la calle a buscarnos por qué no sabíamos llegar . Todo genial. El baño grande y relajante. Máxima seguridad

Pros:

リスボン郊外で学会に参加した際に、家族との宿泊のために利用した。熱波に襲われた時期と重なり、ホテルで宿泊客に開放されているプールが重宝された。ホテルの周りにはレストランが多くある。最寄りのメトロの駅までは徒歩１０分程度。ホテルの施設や部屋は綺麗に保たれていた。ファッションデザイナーの人がオーナーなのか、ファッションに関するオブジェや写真などがいろいろなところに飾られており、興味深い。

Cons:

タオルの交換で高額な追加料金が掛かることには驚いた。数泊以上宿泊する方は注意された方が良いと思う。ホテルのセキュリティはしっかりしていると思うが、ホテルの前の通りには不審者がよく見られたので、ホテルの周りを散歩する場合には注意した方が良いと思う。ホテルの周りの道は、古くてぼこぼこで、ベビーカーは使うことが出来なかった。足がよくない方は歩くのが大変かもしれない。

Confirmed reservation was not honored

I cannot review the stay because there was no stay.

Despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, upon arrival we were informed that no rooms were available. The reception staff explained that the hotel had experienced a cyberattack and that they were unable to accommodate us. While we were at the reception desk, our reservation was cancelled.

As a result, two travelers over 60 years of age were left without accommodation in Lisbon during very hot weather and had to urgently find another place to stay.

Therefore, I cannot evaluate the hotel itself. I can only state that, despite a confirmed reservation, we were not accommodated.

A great place to stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

Perfect location with easy walking to the heart of Lisbon and to rail/bus/tram transport links to Belém, Sintra etc. Great local restaurants within 5 minutes wall of TM building. Lovely apartment & helpful staff. If you have a car pre-book basement parking.
