The room was OK, but I will never book here again
Pros:

Even booked at very short notice and already nearing midnight, self check in was easy. For such a good price, everything was perfectly satisfactory and everything should have been fine.

Cons:

I had to scroll fairly far back down these reviews to find someone who a similar experience. So I don't know if this is an intermittent thing, or if most people are OK with this.

I do not like being asked to pay £100 as a security deposit, especially when there is no mention of this in the listing.

I like it even less when im being asked to send the money to a bank account.

I ignored the request. I also ignored the repeated calls and messages that i make urgent contact regarding payment of said security deposit.

I also ignored the other number that started calling me AFTER the booking had ended.

Honestly it should have been a solid 7/10, but for this, I'll never book here again and the scores I've given reflect this.

Very pleasant and beautiful
Pros:

It was a fantastic stay and so much fun. It's very centrally located and you can easily reach everything by metro. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and warm tea. I highly recommend it.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix, proche des transports et commerces,1hôte disponible et à l'écoute

Le rapport qualité prix ! La situation géographique à 3minutes du bus et du métro, très pratique 👍 et des restaurants et des commerces à proximité aussi

Bon emplacement mais trop de voyageurs, pas très propre et pas assez d’équipement
Pros:

Établissement a 30/40 minutes du centre sur une ligne centrale donc très pratique pour le transport et pas cher

Cons:

En revanche, la maison partagée paraît optimisée pour un trop grand nombre de voyageurs, il y a une salle de bain en haut et une en bas mais celle du bas est très petite et n’a pas de miroir, il y avait donc souvent la queue pour prendre sa douche
Il n’y a pas de table pour prendre son petit déjeuner mais juste une table basse et s’il y a d’autres voyageurs nous ne pouvons pas tous déjeuner ensemble
Le petit déjeuner proposé est vraiment très sommaire
La maison est globalement assez sale (vu le nombre de voyageurs qui logent ce n’est pas étonnant)
Les murs sont très fins nous avons été dérangés en pleine nuit par des voyageuses qui n’arrivaient pas à mettre leur code sur la porte (tout fonctionne avec un système de code) et la nuit suivante par des hommes qui voulaient nous proposer de boire de l’alcool. C’est un bon rapport qualité prix mais nous ne serions pas restés plus de deux jours.
